REPAIR TO FENCING, DRAIN, KERB STONE, INTERLOCKING IN AOR OF AGE BR-V OF GE(N) BTD AT BATHIDNA MIL STN

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in, Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire of any type, any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2 mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating mass 150AZ corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa coating mass in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Material test certificate and authentication should be provided by the manufacturing company.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- weight of chain link MS galvanised fencing shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by accepting officer and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

Supply and fixing Mild Steel work for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Garde I, IS-432 Part I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5-10mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint(Ist quality) of approved tint/ colour to achieve glossy finish over a coat of red oxide primer with using paint brush complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rough cast plastering including 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1 :4 complete as specified in SSR Part-I clause 14.22 as given in Note : Rough cast finish : After applying under coat of cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1 shall be applied complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition stone/marble slabs, brick flooring of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platfom, steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made rubber moulded chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified. Note :- The unit rate shall include for supply and laying of sand and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour 10mm thick colored paver tiles (Endura Tiles/parking tiles) of size 300 x 300mm over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, joints filled with coloured cement to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and no pigment over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surface/ Kerb Stone of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charege

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surface/ Kerb Stone of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charege

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth, string, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, Kerb stone/ coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Desilting of drain, average depth 15 cm, removal and depositing of spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
