Full bodied vitrified tiles 600x600x10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE:- Endura series of HR Johnson or equivalent of Kajaria/Somany

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floors, 75mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) finished the concrete surface even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as specified and directed.

Exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifed and as directed

Plain Cement Concrete, type B0 (1:2:4), using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, leveling concrete for roof slab, kerbs, water troughs / Chajja and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat (without taking of shutter from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 sqm each including making good the disturbed surface in PCC(1:2:4) type B0 or CM (1:3) all as specified complete all as specified and directed.
