Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

(The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. (a) Internal Work- Exposed on wall

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(ii) By Replacing P.V.C. handles /lever , washer etc.in PVC Cistern complete as required .

Repairing of leakage in main and branch water pipe lines of 15 mm to 25 mm as and when required i/c the cost of jointing material such as Teflon tape, jute,tee,elbow,socket etc. required for sealing of leakage joints. Pipe & union, if required to be replaced, shall be paid separately.

Cleaning of chokage of water supplyLine ( 15mm to 40mm ) by dismembering of water supply line and clearing by Roding camping etc and re-fixing the pipe i/c Necessary fixtures like nipple ,bracket etc as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C

Refixing wash basin or Kitchen sink by new G.I pipe or CI bracket and making the walls. All complete as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C

Cleaning of chokage of W/C pan by disposal of all deposit of trap all complete As per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C

Cutting & removing rank vegetation inside parapet and pouring concentrated acid at roots to stop re-growth of plants and repairing the surface with cement mortar (1:4) plaster if required i/c disposal of rubbish –all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.

Cleaning of roof /chhajas, portico including cleaning of chockege inlate of RWP including disposal of all lead & lift of rubish out side the compound.

Cleaning of septic tank/all manhole / sewerage chambers of all sizes in the compound complete including cleaning of adjacent sewer line, removal of earth, silt, slush, brickbats, garbages and other refuses, disposing the same off to dumping site in township complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cleaning of manholes / chamber shall be done as & when required manually or mechanically. Note :- Rates includes the cost of cleaning of manhole /chamber , de-watering, if required including cleaning of adjacent sewer line , removing of manhole / chamber cover and keeping the same back in position after cleaning etc. complete. Payment will be made for each cleaning. (a) Septic tank of Qtr. Campus & TE. Bldg campus. (size 2.50 x 1.50 x 2.00 mtr approx)

Repair of wooden doors/ ventilator/ windows shutters of area upto 2.00 sqm by replacing damaged hinges, defective part/glass i/c style, rail and tightening of wire gauge with wooden fillets if required, cost of demolishing and refixing the shutter with necessary butt hinges and screws or welding to M.S. frame wherever reguired i/c cost of wood if required etc. complete as per direction of the E-I-C.

Labour charges for repairing of damaged aluminium door shutter /PVC shutter i/c dismembering of rails/style etc. & making good after repairing /replacement of rails, style, pannels, hinges etc. which required as per direction of E-I-C. ( cost of Aluminium /PVC section,hinges, pannels will be paid separately)

Uprooting of trees on exposed wall on any height upto floor V level i/c dismantling of wall /plaster , scafolding etc. and after removal of root making good the wall,pouring of acid etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
