Material and labour for taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan from ceiling/wall any type and make cleaning the fan and replace the wornout, steel split pin, rubber reel, washer, screws, nut bolts etc. Greesing/ oiling the fan including replacing old connecting wire complete and made it fully smooth functional, refixing in position and testing before fixing in the presence and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Spare parts/items required to make the fan functional shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Supply only the spare parts/items for serial item No 1 above to make it fully functional complete all as specified and directed. (a) Supply only Fan clamp made of SS.

(b) Supply only fan capacitor 2.5MFD Make: Philips/Bajaj/Havells

(c) Supply only fan capacitor 3.15MFD. Make: Philips/Bajaj/Havells

(d) Supply only MS down rod made of 15mm dia GI, 30 cm long

(e) Supplyonly Aluminium fan blade 1200/1400mm sweep for ceiling fans . Make : Orient / USHA / BAJAJ

(f) Supply only MS mounting clamps for Exhaust fan with frame suitable for 300mm/450 mm sweep exhaust fans.

(g) Supply only Exhaust fan blade made of SS for 300/450 mm sweep exhaust fans. Make:- Orient/USHA/Bajaj

S&F Electronic fan regulator stepped type (flush type) 240 volt ,50Hz ,single phase on existing phenotic laminated sheet including taking down old unsv one and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling/ opening complete fan obtain from item No 1 here- in- before, assembling and testing in presence and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete after the following repairs : (a) Supply and fixing fan bearings complete all as directed Make : SKF and all as per existing make

(b) Supply and fixing gun metal bushes all complete all as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling, opening complete fan obtain from item No 1 and rewinding the same with super enamel copper conductor of suitable size and meet to original specifications & speed etc. Using proper insulation and varnish, sleeves etc asssembling and 8hrs continous testing before refixing at site complete all as specified for the following sizes :Note : (i) Rewinding/ repairs of fans shall be carried out at AGE E/M store yard in the presence of Engineer-in-charge(ii) Transportation charges for to and fro wiil be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Spare parts/Items required for smooth functioning of fan shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items . (a) Ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep.

(b Exhaust fan 450mm/300 mm sweep

(c) Wall mounted/ Padestal fan 450mm sweep
