Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC type C-1, 1 : 3 : 6, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as sub base flooring complete and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick internal surfaces on brick work in cm 1:6 in and finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC. Note :- WPC measured and paid separatly

M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:3 as in ceiling and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with finishing with cement mortar 1:3.

M & L for 2 mm thick of Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty in two coats on new/old plastered surfaces and making the surface uniform & smooth on walls/ceilings.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall and ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with acrylic distemper over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic distemper in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion paint tinted on walls of fascia of roof or chajjas on old painted surfaces brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster on old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg all as specified and directed. Make : Asian paints (Apex)/Berger paint (Brand - Weathercoat smooth)/Nerolac paint (Nerolac).

M & L One coat of floor guard paint on floor (Chequered tiles surfaces) including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints (Apex) or equivalent

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in a square n exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane.

S & F of 4.00 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for full body vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchover 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 30mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M & L for providing PCC type B0, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete with using WPC.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S & F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete.

S & F of 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2 mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames).

Refixing repair work of existing defective aluminium door, window, ventilator with and incuding necessary fitting and making good as per site requirment as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arrangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.

S & F solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement as per specification & drawing.

Taking down ceiling/Wall fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M Gaya complete all as specified and as directed.
