1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate: 6 graded stone aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : foundation, footing , columns etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site complete up to plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically-Treated of grade Fe500 or more

Structural steel work in single section, platefixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing and coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coat.
