Charges for Strengthening of weak & corroded welding joints of structural supports in ESP of Unit IV

Charges for providing temporary platforms at required location of non approaching area and dismantling after attending work.

Charges for cutting and removal of corroded/damaged structural platforms, supports, etc. and devolution to central stores.

Charges for fabrication and erection of platforms at various locations of boiler with proper supports and hand rails with Iron & Steel materials, grills (or) modifying the existing approach platforms by cutting and re-erecting, for a safe movement of men and material. This work includes all required consumables (such as gas, welding electrodes, grinding stones & cotton waste etc.,) and T&P’s (such as welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, ropes and slings etc.,)

Charges for cleaning & Painting of the renewal platform, Hand rails & step grills with one coats of enamel paint including the cost of paint and other required consumables.
