M&L for removing/chipping 40 to 60 mm depth of existing loose concrete carefully by manual or low impact frequency hammer without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by compressed air jet complete including removing loose concrete around the reinforcement. The debris will be disposed up to lead of 500m. The entire surface will be checked by light hammering (using 1 kg hammer) for detection of loose concrete. All loose/hollow sound concrete around corroded reinforcing bars has to be removed to prepare well defined patch all as specified and as decided.

M&L for drilling hole in RCC/Bricks structure using drilling machine up to a depth of 150 mm depth or half the thickness of member (whichever is less) and removing dust, etc by vaccum cleaner and blowers, providing and fixing of 12mm dia Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) nozzes @ 750 mm c/c in both direction and inject cement slurry by using OPC 43 grade cement mixed water in the ration of 1:2 (01 part cement and 02 part water ) and removal of excess cement slurry and nozzles carefully after grouting complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of rusted reinforcement of total rust including from behind the reinforcing bars to give it totally rust free finished steel surface, by manual methods and using approved alkaline chemical rust remover (Pidilite/FOSROC/CICO/Thermax as per specification) as per approved paint Brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and following it to dry and clean with dry cloth before application of protective coating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anticorrosive treatment to exposed reinforcing bars in two coats as per specifications using approved Zn rich epoxy phenolic rebar protection product (Pidilite/CICO/Forsroc/ Thermax ) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for polymer modified mortar to build the profile of structural members upto 40 to 60 mm depth by using (i) emulsified SBR latex (Thermax/Pidilite/CICO/FOSROC as per manufacturer's specifications) conforming to ASTM C - 1059 - 13 Type - II in damaged areas (1 cement conforming to OPC 43 grade - 3 part graded cleaned river sand conforming to Zone - II grade of IS : 383 + 20 % latex by weight of cement) with 0.35 water/ cement ratio, in 15-20 mm thick layers by applying bond coat (Payable under BOQ item no. 7 above) between successive/ each layers, or or (ii) rheoplastic non shrink corrosion resistant, high strength compound BS 66 (BS 66 micro concrete mix with cement ratio 1:4 using OPC 43 grade cement) of Make Thermax/ Chemco system etc by confirming to the required compressive strength and expansion characteristics specified in ASTM C 109, ASTM C 348, ASTM D 469, ASTM C 827 - 1987 complete all as specified and as per manufacture instruction. Note - (i) Placing of the materials shall be using suitable arrangements such as pumping device for uniform flow of materials and providing side shuttering if required. (ii) Curing shall be done as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed

Filling the cracks in isolated placed (other than the locations mentioned above) of columns, beams after opening up in "V:" groove manner covering the area of 300 mm from central line of crack with the depth of 50 mm ,with components of compound specified in Make : Thermax or equivalent in CICO/ FOSROC/ PIDILITE.

(d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap by aithorized applicators. Dismantling and taking down the serviceable Air Conditioner of 1.5/2/3 TR indoor and out door unit with voltage stabilizer and refixing the same at directed location complete all as specied and as directed. Note: 1. Proper pumping down of refrigirant is the responsiblity of the contractor. Any topping up of refrigirant gas required is included in the quoted rate, 2. Necessary insulation required for copper pipe is included in the quoted rate.
