Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level level1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

40mm thick marble chips flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, under layer 34 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) and top layer 6 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from 1 mm to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume, including cement slurry etc. complete : Dark shade pigment with ordinary cement.
