AMC FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT 14 WG, AF UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

Comprehensive Service/Repair/maintenance/including spares and monthly visit for regular maintenance for the Automation of Wireless SCADA based temperature and Humidity monitoring system) of air conditioning plant installed at MES office at WSA Air force station Chabua by one factory trained Technician/Software Engineer. The scope of work includes carrying out complete maintenance/ servicing/ repairs as required of all the above sub systems viz. RTU based control panels (with all the accessories), RTD sensors, Humidity sensors, communication MODEM (with all its accessories) Humidity indicator, Temperature indicator, SCADA system etc. (with all its accessories), breakdown maintenance as and when required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. More over details of servicing are as under. (a) Servicing RTU Panel i/e cleaning, checking for wear and tear, checking electrical termination, testing, as directed by Engr-In-Charge (once every month) and breakdown maintenance as and when required. (b) Servicing Temp. sensor i.e.. cleaning, checking for wear and tear, checking electrical termination ,testing, as directed by Engr-In-Charge (once every month) and breakdown maintenance as and when required. (c) Servicing Humidity transmitter i.e.. cleaning, checking for wear and tear, checking electrical termination, testing, as directed by Engr-In-Charge (once every month) and breakdown maintenance as and when required. (d) Servicing Humidity and temperature indicator i.e.. cleaning, checking for wear and tear, checking electrical termination, testing, as directed by Engr-In-Charge (once every month) and breakdown maintenance as and when required. Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant items

Supply and Install, wireless modem suitable for GSM/GPRS based communication system, dual band GSM900 and GSM1800, compliant to GSM phase 2/2+ Class 4 (2W@ 900 MHz) Class 1 (1W@ 1800/1900MHz), control via AT commands (GSM 07.07 ,07.05 and enhanced AT Commands), with SIM application toolkit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install, Resistant Temperature Detector (RTD) Sensor with Transmitter (Signal Converter), three wire system, range 0°C to 200°C, accuracy Class ‘B’ (Tolerance as per IEC 751), suitable for measurement of room temperature (Inside the Room and Duct), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install, surface mounted, humidity sensor with transmitter (Signal Converter), working range 0°C to 50°C & 0-100%RH, transmitter output 4-20mA (two wire), accuracy at 25°C ± 2% RH (0 to 90%) ; ± 3% RH (90 to 100%), suitable for measurement of Humidity inside room, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install, Process Indicator of minimum size 48x48 mm, with retransmission output for monitoring of temperature and humidity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of GSM SIM card services with validity SMS packs for 11 months for control & monitoring charges. Note:- GSM service provider shall be chosen (as per network availability) by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Install in repair UPS, 360 Watts /600 VA, Input 230V, Output 230V 600VA with minimum 15 minutes Backup, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install, Programming, Testing and Commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Accusition (SCADA) software development Version with required tags for Central Monitoring and control through wireless communication for Master Control Station, including programming liberty generation, soft keys etc.for graphical display of parameters for control and multilevel password protection, complete all as specified and directed.

SUPPLY and install/renew COMPUTER ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair of 12V /7 AH Battery complete all as specified and as directed.
