Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1no. submersible pump set having specifications 20000 GPH x 120 Mtrs. head each along with allied works at Tube Well Poonch Colony. Fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod/clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander/reducer nipple for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer/expander nipple to be fastened with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Coupling of submersible pump-set and shifting to site of work. Extracting the already lowered pump set along-with column pipes cable and all necessary elements. Lowering the new submersible pump motor set, calibration of panel, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set at site. The complete job includes cost of materials i.e. submersible pumpset, flanges, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labour charges. Job also includes P/F of connectors 110 Amp- 2 No.s for repairing of LT Control Panel also includes P/F of Main switch 250 Amp with necessary cables. Complete job
