S&F for ECO 2000 series Approx size of 1.00 m x 1.65 m (Elixir/NCL SECCOLOR ) Roll framed galvanised pre painted steel section windows section including provision of grills, 5 mm thick glass and SS wiremesh specification and drawing as per CE (AF) WAC, PALAM sheet no -1/2 and 2/2 of drawing no-CEAF/STD-191/2014 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Fixing details:- frame and shutter frame sections should be cut to lenth and miter joined with poly propylene corner brackets, mullion section should be joined with frame/mullion using nylon mullion cap, ethyl propyllene diamene monomer(EPDM) gasket should be used all around glass in shutter and fixed glass. Rubber gasket should be used aroud the fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter. (b) Accessories:- Each Glazed shutter should be provided with MS powder coated friction hinges, high grade aluminium powder coateed handle -1 for each shutter (c) Glass shutters having fixed glass shall be 5 mm thick orion blue (ET725) GLASS, having U value of 3.85 W/sqm K, light transmission factor of 18% and solar radiation factor of 0.23 (d) Windows should be provided with grill made of 10mm SQR.
