(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Centering for curved surfaces of all RCC items of work

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-40 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. Design and execution of post tensioning work, including decoiling, the strands, cutting to the required lengths, supplying, laying of HT strands sheathing (GI corrugated ducts 0.3mm thick) jointing with couplers and inserting the strands, profiling, fixing liveend anchorages, including supply of stressing anchorages, suitable for 5-5 & 5-4 tendons, grout vents, making dead end anchorages, including flowering the strands, fixing tendon support bars, supervising the fixing of antibursting reinforcement, stressing the cables, end trimming, grouting the cables, with cement slurry, mixed with admixtures with required tools, plants, and machineries, and consumables etc. (Shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel shall be paid under respective items) at all heights including all leads, lifts, coordination, with the post- tensioning agency, preparation of drawings, obtaining approval from the Employer / Architect etc. Rate to include providing water, power, cement and admixture for grouting,packing of sheathing and anchorages blockings, filling of recess pockets after stressing using grouts (cement slurry mixed with approved admixtures) including providing access to post tensioning at all heights including all leads, lifts etc., all complete and as approved and as directed by the Employer Architect but excluding shuttering, concreting & reinforcement steel which shall be payable under respective items separately.

Paving the floor with best approved qualityFine Polished Steel Grey Granite Slab 1200mm x 600mm, 16mm to 18mm Thick and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 1200 x 600 x 10 mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing two legged pipe scaffolding using 40mm first class M.S pipe including fixing cross bracing. EJP couplers for cross bracing and base plates including erection of scaffolding conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges and removing after completion of the work and taking away from the site et., as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Dadooing walls with Vitrified tiles of size 1200mm x 600mm x 10mm and above setin Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 20mm thick andpointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigmentsat the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. nbatly in all floors, curing, etc,,complying with standard specification and as directed by thedepartmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should belike Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK or Equivalent whichhas to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and Fixing of PVC Trims (Corner beeding) at the outer corner profiles of the tiles including cost of material, labour and handling etc. as directed by departmental engineers at site of work and as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge...........Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Armstrong Recommended Procedure.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling at subtex Ebony, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex ebony square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Providing and fixing Green Pro Certified, Roll formed Linear 300C Slat Ceiling manufactured out of 0.7mm thick coil-coated Aluminium Alloy AA 3105. Perforated Aluminium Panel of 2 mm diameter diagonal patten with 5 mm centre to centre apertures represents 16 % openness with the Panel size is 300mm X 29 mm deep with panel lengths up to 6 meters, Coil Coated on a Continuous Paint Line, and shall be stove-enamelled in a continuous coil coating process with the white colour (RAL 9010) on the exposed side and the reverse side with polyester primer. The coated coil is passed thru ARKU SIX Hi configuration roller levelling process to ensure the flatness of the coil. Panels shall be manufactured by Hunter Douglas of size 584 mm x 584 mm made out 0.7 mm thick white colour (RAL 9010) coil coated on a continuous coil coating process on Aluminium Alloy 3105. a good corrosion resistance Luxalon Aluminium Tile ceiling system should meet the required standards for Green Product certification. The manufacturer should be ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification compliant with in house testing facility and should have their own registered manufacturing facility in India. Supply and applying water proofing treatment with membrane type water proofing methods using polymer modified bituminous membrane made using atactic poly propylene (APP) based with UV resistant, ground chemical resistant, high melting points, flexible and high adhesive strength. The membrane should have 4mm thick and 5.50 kg/sqm weight. The membrane shall be reinforced with non-woven polyester reinforcement of minimum 180 gm/sqm having tensile strength 850 N/ 5cm (L) and 575 N/ 5cm (T) including coating with compatible primer of bituminous base and torch application with overlap of 100mm wherever required. The membrane surface shall be protected with granules. The reinforcement provided shall be able to withstand the traffic flow density after construction and shall carry a minimum guarantee period of 10 years. Supplying and installing of not less than 1.5mm composite thick self-adhesive HDPE membrane, Dr.fixit Prebond S which is performed HDPE fully bonded membrane that bonds to the wet concrete cast on the membrane, having the following properties., 1. Puncture resistance of 1000N (as per ASTM E 154) 2. Tensile strength of HDPE without Adhesive (Film) of 25Mpa (as per ASTM D 412 Modified), 3. Elongation > 500% (as per ASTM D 412 Modified), 4. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Brick Jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime, two sand and five brick jelly) using 40mm gauge brick jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor finish, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications (for flooring in toilet portions except water closet portions)

PU Water proofing items: Suppling and applying 100% Solids (Solvent Free), Two Component, Polyurethane - Hybrid Polyurea waterproofing to a combined thickness of 1000 Microns after sufficient surface preparation followed by priming using damp tolerant Polyurethane primer. Following coats will be applied a) Solvent Free, Damp Tolerant Polyurethane Primer 200 Microns (0.2 Litres/ Sq.M) B) Solvent Free Polyurethane 1000 Microns (1 Litres/ Sq.m). complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and applying of two coats of Ceiling Putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand prepared (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
