Providing Composting Solution for Wet Waste with Aerobic Invessel Composting System with following specifications as below- • Each Composter of size – L 6.0 m x 2.0 m x 1.40 m made out of FRP Panel of thickness 5mm with the interior of the Composter finished with additional FRP ribs of width 200mm with 8mm aerator holes are made inside and outside, top and bottom, joined together with FRP lining and SS fasteners. • The bottom tank to be of ht 100 mm and covered with FRP plates of thickness 5mm with 8mm holes for the Leachate to be collected. The bottom tank is provided with 20mm Ball Valve -2 nos. • The central portion to have FRP channels with 6 nos. 3inch diameter aerator pipes with 8mm holes supported between top and bottom FRP channels with end cap. • The bins have 8 doors of rectangular shape fixed with a door locking system. The doors are reinforced with a metal frame of 2mm thickness. • The top of the Composter is provided with 8 lids, all of FRP of thickness 3mm with SS stay. The Composter to be engulfed outside with 50mm x 25mm Painted MS Section at 2 levels. • The Composters will be provided with 1 Blowers mounted on platform - Blower of specification: 3 Phase, Power Input – 1.5 HP, 2900 RPM, Airflow 2000 cub.mtr/hr– and the blower discharge size of 200 x 100 mm (internally) & coupled with FRP ducting sized 150 x 110 mm spaced at a distance of 400mm. • The Composters are provided with an SS handle of size 250 mm and SS hinges complete.

Supply & Installation of the 10 HP Predigestor is designed with a working capacity of 1000 kg in 8 hours and features a cutting area of 340 × 264 mm within an overall machine dimension of 1200 × 800 × 1200 mm. The shredder unit is equipped with a hexagonal shaft of 65 mm diameter, carrying four blades of 160 mm diameter and 12 mm thickness, ensuring efficient cutting with a 24 mm blade count. The hopper height is 300 mm, facilitating easy feeding. The squeezer section incorporates a helical screw with a 200 mm screw flight diameter, 1 mm mesh slit size, 400 mm mesh length, spring compression, and an overall length of 1280 mm for effective dewatering. The drive system consists of a 10 HP (5 HP + 5 HP) SEW geared motor operating at 42 rpm with a 01:34 gear ratio, using a chain drive coupling connection. The machine construction employs EN8 material for blades and shaft, MS for housing and frame, and SS for the screw hopper and mesh, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance
