M&L for topping up/replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) New transformer oil to be brought in company sealed ISI marked container with original test certificate. (b) Filtration /dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and necessary filter/dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperature gauge to be brought at site by contractor. (c) During process of filtration of oil, transformer shall be on load.

M&L for Painting to existing pole 9 to 12 M long from coping with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including preparing old surface (including white washing one coat for coping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for trimming/cutting of tree branches up to hight 12.00 m to 15.00 m in electric HT/OH lines, both sides 3.00 m distance from outer conductor and including surface dressing and removing the material at a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting bushes, grass throny, small plants/ trees up to height 5m in and around the E/M installation and electric FPB and including surface dressing and removing the material outside Defence land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs lightning arrestor HT, 11 KV, 10 KA expulsion type with all fittings,transmission class complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking out non functional VCB of circuit current 30 Amps and busbar current 400 Amps, 50 Hz, Panel Type : UN1 VAC for 11 KV dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable /defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts.
