Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0mm thickness (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications over a coat of cement primer

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. (Make Asian/ Nerolac/Berger)

Providing and Laying in position expansion Joint at roof comprising 2" thick thermocool sheet 16 Kg. density over metal cradle and poly surphide based expansion joint sealant 1.5" thick and 2" width over thermocool sheet including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) and again thermocool sheet of same thickness/width and density and finally covered with again sillicon based expansion joint of 1/2" thickness etc. including cost of all material and labour required complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming toIS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps, dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including coarse pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick Marine plywood conforming to IS: 710 panelling including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger).

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality)of Size 2'-0" x 4'-0"with stainless Screws fixed on Plastic Drowel complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge complete Job.

Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms (Make Prayag or Steel Bull)
