Repairing and overhauling of main rollers and side sway rollers on Ohan Dam Distt-Chitrakoot

Repairing and overhauling of roller by detaching roller assembling from gate with help of jigs and fixture jacks, etc. cutting lock plate by gas cutter lifting roller assembling from gate by manila rope and shifting to woking plateform, dismantling roller assembling at Ohan Dam.,cleaning ,washing,repairing wornout roller shaft by remetaling machining ,polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber, o ring, grease nipple, etc. shifting to gate and refitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate in including all cost of material , labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (excluding cost of Bearing) per roller at Ohan dam The work shall be carried out as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reparing of guide roller (side sway roller) by taking our defective guide roller from gate. Rethreading of foundation hole after extrancting broken foundation bolts. Repairing of pin by remelating by welding, machining of roller shaft assembling the guide roller and fitting on gates with new foundation bolt and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling and greasing including cost of all material, labour, T&P test and trial etc required I for proper completion of work. The work shall be carried out as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
