Supply of 3 TR three phase 415 volt single circuit ductable split AC unit having cooling capacity of 36000 BTU/Hr in the Switch Room, front flow type with air cooled condenser complete as per manufacturer/departmental specifications etc as required. (M/s Daikin, Mitsubishi).

Installation, Testing & Commissioning , Drain Pipe , Wiring Work ( Part B - Items Having 18% GST)

Installation, Testing and commissioning of of 3 TR three phase single circuit ductable split AC unit in the Switch Room front flow type with air cooled condenser including suspension of indoor unit from ceiling and installation of outdoor unit on existing MS structure complete as per manufacturer/departmental specifications etc as required.

Providing and fixing M S Stand with made out of 40x40x5 mm MS angle iron i/c cutting welding painting, grouting etc complete with P/F Vibration pad for Outdoor Unit mounting to give vibration free operation etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of the insulated refrigerant piping for all the units . The insulation shall be of 9 mm thick nitrile rubber make through out the running length of the refrigerant piping. The piping shall be well supported at suitable intervals.

Providing and fixing of GI cable tray with properly support complete with GI threaded .

a) Cable Tray for copper piping (300 mm) without cover

b) Cable Tray for Electrical Cable (150 mm) without cover

Providing and fixing AC water Drain using rigid uPVC piping complete with fitting accessories, supports complete with minor repair etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following size cable for extending power supply from the riser/ LT Panel to existing TPDB on surface/recess i/c making connection testing commissioning i/c making end termination with brass compression glands and lugs of suitable size complete as required.

Supply & fixing of Copper conductor flexible cable on surface/recess for extending power/control etc complete as required

a) 4x2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable

Supplying and fixing 3phase & Neutral Vertical type MCB DB of followig size (but without incoming & outgoing MCCB/MCB's) on surface/recess complete with all standard accessories i/c making good of the surfaces connection, sign writing etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following electrical accesories in the existing AC system i/c making connection testing commissioning etc complte as required.

a) 63A 4 Pole 16KA MCCB (Incomer) (M/s Legrand)

Air Distribution Works (Ducting, Grills & Diffusers) & Electricals ( Part C - Items Having 18% GST)

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of G.S.S. sheet metal ducting complete with vanes etc. as required & as per approved shop drawings. (G.I. Sheet Metal Ducting (Rectangular) FACTORY/SITE Fabricated)
