Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, acceptance of this tender shall constitute a binding contract between us subject to modifications, as may be mutually agreed to between us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for this work.
I/We have read the various conditions attached/ referred to in this tender document and RFP, and agree to abide by the said conditions.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
I/ We have visited the works site and I/ We am/ are aware of the site conditions.
It shall be deemed that by submitting the bid, the bidder has:a) made a complete and careful examination of the RFP; b) received all relevant information requested from Authority; c) acknowledge and accepted the risk of inadequacy, error or mistake in the information provided in the RFP or furnished by or on behalf of authority or relating to any of the matters referred to in clause 2.10 of RFP; d) satisfied itself about all matters, things and information, including matters referred to in clause 2.10 of RFP herein above, necessary and required for submitting an informed Bid and performance of all of its obligations there under; e) Acknowledgement that it does not have a conflict of interest and agreed to be bound by the undertaking provided by it under and in terms of. f) Acknowledge and agreed that inadequacy, lack of completeness or incorrectness of information provided in the RFP or ignorance of any of the matter referred to in clause 2.11.1 of RFP herein above shall not form a basis for any claim for compensation, damages, extension of time for performance of its obligations, loss of profits,etc, from authority, or a ground for termination of the agreement.
