The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 2nd class hardwood glazed skeleton shutters 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive guage etc but divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, metered and riveted sash bars any numbers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Solid FRP Door Frame of size 90mm x 45mm with single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter moulded with fire retardent grade and saturated polyster resin and choped mat door framed shall be 2 mm thick and fill with suitable block in all the three legs the freme shall be covered with fiber glass rom all side MS stay shall be provided at the bottam to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L marble work (Udaipur green slabs) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and roundening to the edge of stone slabs on edges in single pice of stair case steps in horizental and vertical portion over 15mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand mixed with integral water proofing compound trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K(Dr Fixit) on cleared RCC surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) as recommended by manufacturer. (c) Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical Pidifin 2K as per manufacturers recommendation. (d) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) as recommended by manufacturers.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked confirming to IS 2645 - 2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
