PROCUREMENT OF REQUIRED FURNITURE TO ALL THE DEPARTMENTS AT DR. MANMOHAN SIGN BENGALURU CITY UNIVERSITY, CENTRAL COLLEGE CAMPUS, BENGALURU

The BIDDER/MANUFACTURER should have an experience of minimum 8 years in manufacturing of Furniture on the day of opening of technical bids are eligible

The Bidder / Manufacturer must have completed the following a) Must have completed at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs.400 Lakhs as a prime Contractor

The Manufacturers authorized dealer should have executed a single work order of value not less than Rs.2,50,00,000/- with any of the State or Central Govt organisations during any of the preceding 3 years. i.e. 2022-23 to 2024 - 25

The BIDDER / Manufacturer should have executed at least ONE SINGLE ORDER for Rs. 200 Lakhs for the items similar to the items in the tender. And such supplies should have been made to any State Govt./Central Govt institutions in Karnataka in any one of the immediately preceding 3 years ie, 2022- 23 to 2024 25.(B). At least 40% of the quoted products shall be GREENGUARD / GREENPRO / GRIHA / BIFMA LEVEL 2 CERTIFIED. (C) At least 10percent of the quoted products shall be BIS certified

The BIDDER/MANUFACTURER should have their own Manufacturing Unit in India for manufacturing Furniture and the manufacturing company should be having in house manufacturing facility, Inhouse testing facility and inhouse powder coating facility as per tender requirement

The bidder / manufacturer shall (at their own expense) organize the factory visits for the Tender Evaluation Committee Members, as and when they decide to visit. Committee will visit the manufacturing factories of the bidders and evaluate the capability for manufacturing, powder coating, Inhouse testing etc and inspect samples of the quoted products. Technical bids will be evaluated based on this.

The bidder / manufacturer shall have adequate Warehousing facility (at least 5000 sft.) to store the material and supply immediately

The bidder / manufacturer shall have a registered TOLL-FREE no for logging service calls. And such toll-free no shall be operational at least for the last 5 years

Site Visit Certificate

The BIDDER / MANUFACTURER should have Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 800.00 Lakhs in at least 3 financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25

The Manufacturers authorized dealer should have achieved minimum annual turnover of Rs. 500.00 Lakhs to tender during any of the 2 out of immediately preceding 5 years. i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25
