| 1Earth work excavation and depositing on Bank for laying of pipe line complying with relevant class of TNDSS within initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2m and including shoring, strutting wherever necessary , hand bailing out water, barricading and all other incidental charges in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil etc., Barricading, Shoring and Shuttering, Conveying of CI class pipes to site and stacking properly along the alignment, lowering the pipes into the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and testing of pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, including other incidentials and operational charges etc., Jointing of 400mm CI pipes and specials in to the trenches including jointing CI pipes with rubber gaskets (tyton joint) including cost of lubricants, testing to the required pressure with water (including cost of jointing materials) etc., Supply,delivery of CI LA Class pipe with the socket and spicot end in standard length of 5 m long as per IS 1536/2001. The rate is including of all taxes, duties, loading, unloading,insurance and freight and supply at site of work etc., Supply and delivery of CI D/F pipes and specials for pumping main at the site of work including cost of taxes, duties , loading. freight , unloading, insurance and stacking at site etc., Labour charges for cutting BT road or Maccdom road for laying of sewere line as per standard specifications etc., Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in the narrow trenches in layers of 23 cm thick after the pipe are laid, jointed and successfully tested and depositing surplus earth in the places etc., Disposal of surplus excavated earth in pipe laying and road restoration works etc.,transporting to the sites specified by Engineer within 5 Km lead, including loading, conveyance, spreading etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.Supply, delivery of CI D/F specials for the pumping main alignment (400mm*1.00m CI D/F pipe=3nos, 400mm * 90* CI D/F Bend-1nos, 400mm CI Duck foot bend-1nos, 400mm CI Flange socket Tile piece-1no, 400mm CI Flange spigot Tile piece-1,3/4 GI bolt nut with washer-200nos, Rubber sheet-1Roll, 400mm dia Runber ring s/s pipes-20nos) | |||||
