Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of K4 crash rated electro hydraulic bollard system for 5M wide road comprising of 3 (Three) Number of Bollard suitable to work on Three/Single phase 415/230 volt, 50 Hz AC supply consisting of hydraulic power unit, PLC based, logic circuit, control panel, including switching operation in local and remote location (within 30 Mtr) complete as required including all major/minor civil works (excavation of PQC/bitumen road of required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation, and supplying and laying of GI pipes and control cables (upto 50 Mtr) comprising of following items and features as per enclosed technical specifications. i. Height – minimum-900mm ii. Bollard dia – minimum 223mm iii. Impact load – minimum 110KN iv. Operation time – 5 to 8 sec. max v. Frequency of operation – minimum 200 full cycles/hr. vi. Power off operation – Minimum three full cycle operation vii. Manual operations – integrated hand pump viii. Safety interlock detector. ix. Sump drain pump – self priming pump. x. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powderpainted, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earthbar, din bar for mounting MCB’s including interconnecting wiring (but without MCB’s and incomer) as required. 8 way , Double door, VTPN MCB DB

Supplying and fixing following MCB/RCCB/Isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63A , 4P MCB

Supply and fixing of 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required. Single pole
