Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel angle fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc and embedding in concrete post and struts in fencing including securing bolts and cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate, rail,braces etc complete , prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges and hanging fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel framed work (Ornamental type with intricated design) as in gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc all as per sample approved by GE and fixed in position conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete,levelling coureses and sub base including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete of any description and removal of debris off the premises and making good the distured surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains, coping ,bed blocks etc. including necessary form work/ moulds and demolition of existing unserviceable concrete of any description and removal of debris off the premises including making good the distured surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type, fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including takng down existing unserviceable fencing mesh of any description and size and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia confirming Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in cement mortar 1:4 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work, PCC block walling or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces fair & even using extra cement with water proofing compound and Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and asdirected. Note : (WPC will be paid and measured separately).

Material and labour for Rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , 15mm thick on brick work, PCC block walling or concrete surfaces finished fair and even using extra cement with water proofing compound including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls built in cement mortar and removal of rubbish off the premises and including necessary preparation of newly plastered surfaces and Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and asdirected. Note : (WPC will be paid and measured separately).

Supply only water proofing compound.

Material and labour forPreparation of old surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old cement painted wall surface ,pillasters ,cornices etc of any description and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing Precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 1:2:4, Type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings , set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing unserviceable RCC jallies of any description and size and removal of debris off the premises and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (using20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width, set in cement mortar CM 1:6 including demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortarand removal of debris off the premises and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removal of debris off the premises and steel scrap taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, and mass concrete or similar items complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1( using20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns pillars, piers post and struts etc of similar items complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Use and waste of steel form work for flat rough finished surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Steel Formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete square or rectangular to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 23 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors n exc 15cm thick unreinforced above or below ground level and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type `B1` using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments and glossy finish on top, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 as in pathways, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type `C1`( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and fair including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Hard core with broken bricks of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick and well rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 55-60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks, M-35 grade, any shape and size with glossy finish on top, confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks, M-40 grade, any shape and size with glossy finish on top, confirming to IS 15658-2006 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Crushed stone sand (M-sand/ Robo sand/ i-sand) conforming to IS 383-1970, filled in floors or pavings including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type B2, (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick as in sub base finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerb stone/ edges complete all as specified and as directed.
