Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type cubical panel having front size area minimum 2.625 sq.mtr. and depth of 450mm suitable for 415V,3 Phase,4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system with IP 54 protection suitable for mounting of followings switchgears fabricated in compartmentalized design from 2mm thick CRCA sheet i/c powder coated painting with in approved shade, having suitable size TPN Al. bus bars of high conductivity minimum 1.5 times of incommer rating, DMC/SMC bus bars supports, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, suitable size chowki,locking arrangement, connections etc. as reqd i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back. a) 400 amp. TP MCCB 35 KA - 1 Nos. b) 100 A, 18 KA,TP MCCB - 8 Nos. c) Ammeter digital (0-400 A) with 3 nos CT's and selector switch. - 1 nos. d) Voltmeter digital (0-500 V) with 3 nos. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
