1/N.S. Running and operation with Watch and Ward of WTP Basai which includes Raw Water Pump House No. I, II Clear Water Pump House No. I, II & III, Filtration unit 1,2 & 3, 90 MLD unit each, running of water testing laboratory for testing Raw Water and Clear Water in 3 shifts, staff for filling the water tanker i.e. for QR Code scanning & making record at Water Treatment Plant BasaiGurugram complete in all respects and all other works contingent thereto & number of workers should be deployed strictly as per analysis (List attached)

2/N.S. (A) Repair of Horizontal, Slip-ring, Non slip-ring & VT pumping sets consisting mainly of motor, pump, electrical control panel starter, cable and all accessories like sluice valves, non-return valves specials etc. including all appurtenances inside premises & making record at Water Treatment Plant BasaiGurugram complete in all respects and all other works contingent thereto. I. 0 to 20 BHP (220 BHP per month)

2/N.S. II. Above 20 BHP upto 100 BHP (1870 BHP per month)

2/N.S. III. III. Above 100 BHP (11345 BHP per month)

2/NS (B) Repair of accessories, repair / leakage in pipe line, repair of sluice valve/ non return valve, repair/replacement of specials, electrical & mechanical components etc. at the premises of the each / every installation within its boundary wall of all units i.e. inside or outside of any pump house and filteration units/annexue

3/N.S. Supply and feeding of PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride) liquid of Medium Basicity including carriage loading, unloading and stacking in the Store at WTP Basai, Gurugram complete as per DNIT specification.

4/NS Supply and feeding of liquid Chlorine Gas using 900 Kg tonner (empty tonner returnable basis) with existing chlorination plant including repair of plant all spares like chlorine valve, pressure valve, safety mask, lead washer, copper tube, testing kit & repairing of chlorination system at WTP Basai, Gurugram as per required parameters for pre as well as post chlorination complete in all respect and as per complete satisfaction of Engineer in Charge/ as per DNIT specification.

5/NS (A) Repair and maintenance of HT/LT installations Transformers, DG sets, VCBs, ACB, Conductor, XPLE cable, GO Switch, electric poles, insulators etc. from DHBVN Meter to all units of WTP complete in all respects

5/NS (B) Dehydration of transformer oil as per specification mentioned in the manual of operation and maintenance.

5/NS (C) Refilling of transformer oil of required grade as per manufacturer’s manual as and when required

5/NS (D) Special repair of transformere (conventional type) of 1250 KVA capacity including rewinding toward HT/LT side breather and silica zel and all other item required to make functional the transformer complete in all respect

5/NS (E) Special repair of DG Set of 600 KVA including turbo charger, repair of cylinder head and piston, actuator and projector pin, fuel pump capacity, change of piston bearing, change nozzle, checking of pollution level, conopy fitting complete in all respect

5/NS (F) Special repair of DG Set of 500 KVA including battery voltage, belts, turbo charger, repair of cylinder head and piston, actuator and projector pin, fuel pump capacity, change of piston bearing, change nozzle, checking of pollution level, conopy fitting complete in all respect

6/NS Repair and maintenance of Electrical fittings such as mast light, Electrical fans ,Flood light, tube light etc. from 0 to 1 BHP with in all buildings of PH WTP and out side within Boundary Wall. (110 BHP per month)

7/NS Supply of consumable chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, and other strong acids and alkalis and other consumable item required testing for bectrological and chemical testing of water as per DNIT.

8/NS (A) Repairing of leakagedsocketted joints & specials of CI/DI pipe line including excavation of earth dewatering/bailing out pipe line water, execution of work and all other T&P required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall repair the leakage within 8 Hr. after telephonic message or SMS conveyed to him (without pig lead) I. For 300mm to 350 i/d pipe line

II. For 400mm to 500 i/d pipe line

III. For 450mm mm to 600 mm i/d pipe line

IV. For 700mm i/d pipe line

8/NS (B) Providing & Fixing of MS flat ring/clamp of size 75x12mm around the pipe of water supply line of different size for repair of leakage of pipeline as per the site requirement including rivets, screws, nuts & bolts, washer and rubber sheet for packing etc. complete in all respect and as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge. MS Flat - 75x12mm Size Rubber sheet - 10mm thick x 300mm width Nuts and bolt of dia 12 mm & 300 mm minimum length I. For 300 mm to 400mm i/d pipe line

II. For 450 mm to 600mm i/d pipe line

III. For 700 mm to 800mm i/d pipe line

IV. For 900 mm to 1000mm i/d pipe line

8/NS (C) Repairing of leakaged joints of MS pipe by welding in existing running line including excavation of earth dewatering/bailing out pipe line water, execution of work and all other T&P required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall repair the leakage within 8 Hr. after telephonic message or SMS conveyed to him. I. For 700mm to 800 mm i/d pipe line

II. For 900mm i/d pipe line

III. For 1000mm i/d pipe line

IV. For 1200mm i/d pipe line

V. For 1300mm i/d pipe line

8/NS (D) Repairing of leakage of burst CI/ DI pipe line with new Pipe (pipe to be Supplied by Dept.) by fixing mechanical joint collar as per IS Standared including excavation of earth dewatering/bailing out pipe line water, execution of work and all other T&P complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall repair the leakage within 8 Hr. after telephonic message or SMS conveyed to him. I. For 200 mm to 300mm i/d pipe line

II. For350 mm to 400mm i/d pipe line

III. For450 mm to 500mm i/d pipe line

IV. For 600mm i/d pipe line

V. For 700mm i/d pipe line

VI. For 900mm i/d pipe line

VII. For 1000mm i/d pipe line

8/NS (E) Supplying and placing of pig lead in melted form into leakagedsocketted joints and its caulking so as to tighten the joint in CI/DI pipeline of any size.

8/NS (F) Disconnection of Illegal/unauthorized connections or defaulters (unpaid bills of Water Supply) including labour, socket pipe, JCB/hydra, Dewatering pump etc. in Gurugramcomplete in all respect as per complete satisfaction of Engineer in Charge and all other works contingent thereto.
