Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 metre not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance exceeding 50 metre not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm spread thickness soling with crushed or broken stones of grading 1 (90 to 100mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick WBM (compacted thickness 7.5cm thick of each layer), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 200 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand (robo sand) or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature at 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including, curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 9.00 CONTD... Required, surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause, 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017. Note :- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of form work for sides as per site requirement. (ii) The minimum cement content specified in the item as a guid only. Actual cement content shall be of approved design mix as specified in particular specification. (iii) Incase of cement content as per approved design mix more than the minimum cement specified in the above mentioned description of item, no price adjustment shall be made. Incase of which is less than the cement content specified the same shall be made at pre-adjustment at the rate of cement specified in SSR Pt-II (2020).

M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide the 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick; joints grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner, 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Stone for the setts shall be of the best quality granite/ trap/ basalt or quartzite . use of sedimenetary stone shall not be permitted. Stone setts shall be approximately rectangular in shape with a tolerance of plus or minus 12mm.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in benching and forming channel inside manholes for section of pipe 200mm including finished smooth and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe 200mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 200 mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incuding necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle treating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting in hard/dense soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- This item shall only operated for septic tank.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified & directed directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on and including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make frame complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of wall lining, fillets, frame work, beading etc complete.
