Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfasces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 6 here in before but using old bricks retrieved from item No 5 demolition including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300X200X7mm / 450X300X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitrified ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10mm thick (Square/rectangular)polished area of each tiles exc 0.36Sqm and not exceeding 0.42Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified tile 10mm thick polished, area of tile n exc.0.36 sqm as in Skirting set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soill, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material as soil exc. 50 m and n.exc 250 m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) tiles 16- 20mm thick machine cut, bedded andjointed with grey cement slurryand pointed with white cementwith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC, type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring in , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 100 mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC, type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Paver block obtained from item No 22 shall be reused)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfacesand applying one coat of cement based paint on wall surfaces including proper curing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete Removal of existing treatment of walls applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of cement primer on plastered surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
