Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead up to 1000m as per Technical specification clause 301.4

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By manual means. WBM-Grade II

(ii) Medium porosity:- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of Granular Base / WBM / WMM including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.9-1.20 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg Per sq.m.on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflactorisingglass beads @250 gms per sq area, thickness of 2.5mm in exclussiv of surface applied glass beads as per IRS:35 The finished surface to be level uniformand free from streaks and holes and comforming to the MoST&H specifications.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.

Providing and fixing of retro-refrectrolised sign as per IRC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on RCC post 100 mm X 100 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450mm X 450mm X 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical specification clause 801. (ii)60 cm equilateral tringle
