Object Hazard Markers Supplying and Installation of hazard markers as per IRC-79 and drawings

Supply of Hazard Marker made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet size 300x900x3mm framed with angle iron 25x25x3 mm and fixed on channel posts 75x40x6mm and hold fast at bottom whole body is painted in white stoving enamel and 6 Nos., 5 cm dia reflective sheet on white reflective background with additional border of 1.25 cm all around it. Fixing of Hazard marker including excavation & cement concrete (1:3:6) (30x30x30cm size) in foundation, curing complete as per specifications.

Raised Payment Marker (Cats Eye):

Supplying of Cat’s Eye made of aluminum alloy size 75x100x22 mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disc of ABS plastic on each side. Fixing of Cat's Eye as per MoRTH specification excluding cost of Cat's Eye.

Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound of approved quality with type-1 glass beeds (Table-800-9) , 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads type-2 (Table-800-10) @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Speed Humps

Providing and laying rounded hump type speed breakers as per IRC design including providing and applying bitumen emulsion tack coat, making speed breaker in designed profile with DBM, providing seal coat type B for sealing the voids complete as per Table 3.1 of IRC:99 and drawing

Rumble Strips

Provision of rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 20 mm high at center, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center to center at approved locations as shown in Fig. 2.6 of IRC:99-2018 and approved drawings.

Stone Set Pavement

Providing and laying stone set pavement on 100 mm thick M30 Concrete. The 150 mm thick hammer dressed Sand Stones/ Granite Stones are laid in the herringbone or stretcher bond pattern. The stones are compacted using suitable compacting device into the bedding of Cement Mortar (1:4) 40 mm thick, pavement to be bounded by Confinement Stone Wall (Cement Mortar 1:3) on all four sides, which is laid on 50 mm thick PCC foundation. The joints are filled with Cement Mortar (1:4) and pointing with cement mortar (1:3), including removal of existing pavement upto required depth as per detail for laying stone set pavement and for laying Confinement Wall as per drawing.

Raised Pedestrian Crossing

Providing and laying raised pedestrian crossing cum speed breaker of 100mm high from existing road surface i) Pedestrian Crossing (Flat segment): 3m wide stone set pavement on 100 mm thick M30 Concrete. The 150 mm thick hammer dressed Sand Stones/ Granite Stones are laid in the herringbone or stretcher bond pattern. The stones are compacted using suitable compacting device into the bedding of Cement Mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick, pavement to be bounded by Confinement Stone Wall (Cement Mortar 1:3) on all four sides, which is laid on 50 mm thick PCC foundation. The joints are filled with Cement Mortar (1:4) and pointing with cement mortar (1:3), Including removal of existing pavement upto required depth as per detail for laying stone set pavement and for laying Confinement Wall as per drawing. ii) Providing and laying Design End of speed breaker as per drawing and applying bitumen emulsion tackcoat, making speed breaker's design end in designed profile with bituminous concrete iii) Marking as per IRC 35:2015 with thermoplastic paint having 2.5mm thickness with glass beads.

Providing and laying Coursed / Random Rubble stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3, in foundation up to a depth of 1.50 meters and also 1.50 meters above Ground /Bed level [MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1400] Random Rubble Masonry

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete M15 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated, in foundation up to a depth of 1.50 below Ground level and or 1.50 meters above ground/bed level.- Coping

Plaster on new surface with cement mortar (1:3) including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished 20mm thick.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces New Surface
