S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J or L type hook as required complete all as specified and directed..

S&F pre-painted Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work 605 x 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 7- 8mm thick fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling framed timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red exide including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or grith not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 sqm and refixing the same opeing after resecuring or easing and adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 above but for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting risers to steps etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but except bricks (Old brick shall be reused).

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed..

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (with using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished surface even and smooth as in floor in alternate panel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layers on roof having any treatment on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness incl platering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slab and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule).

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding including mixing water proofing compound (Dr. Fixit) or equivalent make specified in Appx 'B' as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note. water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @ .30 Kg/Sqm applied hot complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid on after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per Sqm by torched application including making grooves in parapet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on Screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) 15mm thick finished even and fair and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33 above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
