Material and labour for providing 10mm thick cement plaster over roof slab (over the area of dismantled roof treatment) in CM 1:4 mixed with Water proofing compound @ 200 ml.bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement (quoted rate shall exclussive of SBR latex) Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately all as specified and directed12 mtr above from the ground floor

M&L for laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified mambrene consisting five layer membrences with features as specified weinghing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm reinforced with oven polyester fiber @ 160gm/sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminus primer @ 0.40kg/sqm by torching the membrence and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side 150mm width side all as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex@ 200ml bag of cement curved wel before laying membrece.all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engr-in -charge.Note : irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. Demolition of Concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of loose portion of concrete from ceiling and S&F of wiremesh of weight 2.5kg/sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM(1:4) mixed with liquid integral WPC (complast 'X' recommended by the manufacturer with guniting machine at a pressure not less than 5kg/sqm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using WPC (Complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/S Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE ) in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq.m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and including making good the wall surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and applying 5mm Epoxy flooring (3+2) System (a) The substrate (concrete > C 20/25) must be prepared by a dust-free pre-treatment, e.g. Blastrac® shot blasting/Floor grinders and vacuum cleaning. Observe instructions of use and technical specifications. Pull off strength: 1.5 N/mm2, maximum moisture content 4 % by weight (need to be physically checked using a moisture meter). b) Remove / equalize the existing unevenness at the surface by grinding or milling using mechanical means. Note : Three runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC Caping casing 25/32mm width shall be measured as one run.

Material and Labour sub main wiring with single core, PVC insulated unsheathed cables two run of 10 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including 25/32mm mm wide non metallic PVC conduit incl all accessories fixed on walls/roof/floors/ceiling etc with an earth wire of one run 10 sqmm copper wire earth continuity conductor connecting to existing main switch board \ Distribution Board and testing on completion etc including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit/cpaing casing and making good disturbed surfaces to match existing all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC Caping casing 25/32mm width shall be measured as one run.

Note:- All work should be done upto the height of 12 mtr of the building
