Silt and Sludge clearance of the entire Kund with sewage pumps or with labour/sweepers etc. to clean all the water sources below and on the sides of the Kund complete and disposal of the sludge including all leads and lift to some remote dumping ground, location of such dumping ground will be the responsibility of the Contractor and he had to comply with all statutory requirements.

Providing/Fixing chittor/Nimbahera Stone Kangura on top of the wall as per Udaipur traditional practice and existing design pattern and size including all scaffolding, lead & lift and as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Repairing of existing historic window/doors for hardware, rotten/ deteriorated parts. Proper fixing and making it operational with locking possibility including moulding, carving and polishing. Refer drawings for window types.

Removing / dismambering of disturbed stone "Steps" by mechanical system / mannual with proper marking and documentation (Photography & drawings) and stacking in proper order & sequence carefully without damaging the stone steps.

Refixing of existing stacked stone " Steps " as per existing pattern in proper level and sequence (as per origional architecture)with hand grinded lime putty and stone powder 1:1with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.as per direction of engineer incharge.

Removal and refixing of stone chajja 50 to 75mm thick, stone used to be similar to the existing ones at the site, cutting in proper shape and providing interlocking keys in the new as well as old stone for proper bonding including finishing the edges in all respects in lime surkhi mortar (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi).

Removing , Providing and Re-fixing Ornamental stone cladding of approved stone with dressing complete as per existing design/pattern / approved design fixing with grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:2 i/c all lead & lift complete in all respect (100 mm thick )

P/F of Fine dressed & machine cut edges 75 mm thick chittor/nimbahera/Gogunda/Dungarpur Stone Flooring over 20 mm ( average ) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete with grinding & polishing as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

P/F of Fine dressed & machine cut edges 25 mm thick chittor/nimbahera/Gogunda/Dungarpur stone flooring over 20 mm ( average ) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete with grinding & polishing as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Removing damage solid stone Architectural elements(Pillers stone, Plinth stone, sill stone, pannel stone,Niches etc) and Providing & fixing new stone ( plain / ornamental) in white Chittor/ Nimbahera/ Gogunda/ Dungarpur with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing new Stone Ornamental Architectural elements (Mehrab, Surface pannels, Oranmental bends) in Nimbaheda/Gogunda/Dungarpur/Chittor Stone and fixed with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect. Thickness up to 100 mm
