Cleaning of all HV/LV windings terminals, cleaning of conservator tank, cooling fins/tubes, tank, etc. Thuroughly inspecting of core and winding complete, reinsert the core coil assembly into the transformer tank, replacing 5/3 mm thick rubberised corksheet gasket of top cover complete and refilled with filtered transformer oil upto the desired level marked in conservator tank and record the insulation resistance of the winding both HV/LV side between earth and HV/LV winding, reconnecting the HV/LV side electric cables of capacity of stepdown transformer 100KVA to 250 KVA all as specified and Directed. Note - Transformer oil filtration and top up shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevant item of schedule

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile stream line transformer oil filteration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filterartion of oil to desired dielectric strength to achieve electric strength of 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS for transformer installed at various locations out door/in door type all as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note : (i) Test certificate shall be submitted for before and after filteration for dielectric strenght on the proper format. (ii) Transformer oil used for top up will be measured and paid seprately under relevant item.
Supply and topping up new transformer oil confirming to IS-335 of 1993 into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location all as specified and directed. Make : Power Oil or its equivalent. Note : The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strength of 60KV
Disconnecting all in coming and outdoor cables removing the transformer from the platform/two pole structure and floor and loading it in the vechicle carefully using the crane and transporting it to the work shop for repairs and transformer transport back to site, reinstall it, reconnecting all incoming and outgoing cable by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size taping the bushes/busbar, using insulation tape and testing of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA all as specified and directed. Note : LT/HT side ceramic busing, brass spindle for HT/LT side, Rewinding, Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid seprately in respective Items
M&L for rewinding of HT /LT windings of transformer, winding the defective coils with approved quality copper wire as per IS of same gauge and existing size together with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the tranformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commisioning the transformer after providing necessary connections all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm thick, by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit of size 450x450x300mm (outer size) wall thickness 100mm made in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and pre-cast reinforced cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm x 80mm thick made with MS XPM Jalli, RCC (1:1.5:3), with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' for watering funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work of size 300x900mm, depth 2.50mtr and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with cement base paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per IS colour code. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achived during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out again by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable. (iii) Length of earth strip/electrode, if more than 7.5mtr shall be measured and apid seperately under respective items of schedule (iv) Resistance value should be less than 5 ohm.

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus/complaint cell area by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete for the various sub stations.
