M&L for clearing blockage of WC (E Type & I Type) by opening inspection door bend and using Roding / pressure technique to clear blockage complete all as specified and directed.
M& L for clearing blockage of Gully/floor traps to first man hole by Roding/pressure to clear blockage complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for clearing blockage of floor trap ,sewage line to first man hole by Roding/pressure to clear blockage. (Note fpr Srl. No 01 to 03 a) Conractor/Rep of the contractor has to collect the complaints on daily basis from incharge of complaint cell. b) The blockage of WC/Floor Trap/Gully Trap are to be cleared on the same day of the recipt of complaint. c) In case of non attaedence of complaints of WC blockage /Gully/floor traps by the contractor on the same day, a paelnty of Rs 500- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor.
M&L for pumping out liquid or semi liquid sludge /solid waste from sewage wells or septic tanks of any size or any depth mechanically or manually and a open trench be made for disposal/ evaporation of liquid after use whole area be covered with bleaching powder and covered with soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: During the cleaning of sewage wells alertnate arrangement be made by contractor by temporary pumping arrangement for clearing sewage disposal complete all as specifed and directed by engr in charge
M&L for Cleaning of sewage line blocked/filled with sludge (solid/semi solid) silt and any other waste by roding or any other means (without damage to sewage line ) manhole to manhole and well pushing and cleaning including removing the waste to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and burried in pit excavated upto 15 cm depth below the GL and cover with excavated soils after treating the sludge by spreading a fine layer of bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gased and refixing man hole cover slab in position for sewage line of dia upto 300mm and at any depth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and RFR to cover the sludge shall deemed to be inclusive in rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) All the tools and plants including mechanical pump and other allied arrangements for making sewage line functional will be made available by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt.
M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks / manholes of any depth and of any size/description by taking out semi solid/solid, silt and any other waste including removing the waste to a distance exceeding 50 metre but out side of MD land and burried in the pit excavated upto 15 cm depth below the GL and cover with excavated soils after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases and refixing man hole cover slab complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of excavation of pit ,bleaching powder and RFR to cover the sludge shall deemed to be inclusive in rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) The sludge / solid / semi solid contents shall be collected by the contractor in a closed sewage disposal tanker and transported to out side the ministry of defence land and disposed off in the locations as per contonment board / municipal by lodge in area. All the the tools and plants including mechanical pump, closed lorry and other allied arrangements for making septic tank clean and functional will be made available by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt. (iii) The mode of measurement shall be considered 20% of the actual volume of septick tank / manholes (contains human excreta and water).
M&L for breaking up/puncturing exiting badly blocked line and clearing blockage before puncturing excavate line a manhole of suitable depth and size will be erected at site all as directed by engg-in-charge [Different items involved in excavating, brick work, plastering etc will be paid under different concred items].
Material and labour for Construction of Soakage well of size 2.4 m dia. x 3.0 m deep including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone broken aggregate complete filled with brick bats, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and as shown on drawing no. CELZ/TD/576 dated 16 Jun 1989 ( for reference purpose only). Note :- (a) The above referred drawing can be seen in the office of AGE(I) during working hours.

Demolition and breaking up 200mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware ) in cement mortar and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl quoins and arches complete all as specified and directed.e.
M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) straight or curved in plan, exc 6.00 m mean radius complete all as specified.
M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate crushed stone aggregate as in bed SGSW pipe 150 mm bore and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete.
–Ditto- all as per ser item No 12 above but for 200mm bore SGSW pipe –ditto- complete all as specified.
M&L for 150mm bore internal dia salt glazed stone ware pipe grade ‘A’ conforming to IS laid in trenches, on concrete bed to required slope, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.
–Ditto- all as above but for 200mm bore pipe ….ditto….
M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of any dia making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia SGSW pipe complete all as specified and directed.
–Ditto- all as above but for 200 mm bore ----ditto----
Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil n.exc 1.50 m deep and 1.50m wide or shafts, manhole etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling watering and wall ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for rendering 15 mm thick to manhole brickwork in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate as in coping bands and benching of manholes etc including slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified.
M&L for extra forming, fair, finished, drain or channel, 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified.
Demolition of RCC Slab, Drain cover landing chajja and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for precast reinf cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slabs of septic tank/soakage well slab and manholes including form work etc and engrooving on cover MES/19-20 marking in 5mm wide , 10mm depth and 75mm high letters on each cover to the pattern and design as directed while concrete is greeen , and cover jointed and set in CM( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for MS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (padestal pattern) white including fixing bolts, trap includig conection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc etc complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantiling Floor, hearth or Wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not baking), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Coloured Joint less ceramic tiles of size 300mm X 300mm X 7mm thick, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed bed complete.
