Supply install, testing and commissioning process reactor for aerobic attached growth biological moving bed bio reactor (MBBR) process with 02 Nos (in series) process reactor & virgin media suitable for MBBR process cylindrical shaped media wagon wheel design having external fins, non toxic, surface area 400 sqm per cum having specific gravity 0.90gm/sqcm and voidage >95% complete . Size of reactor tank 2.8mx 3mx 3m = 25.2cum ) complete all as specified by OEM & in Drg No ADG/2020/PHE/001(R) and as directed. Note : Provn of tanks shall be measured and paid seperately under apropriate item.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning Polyelctrolyte dosing tank agitators, 0.37KW, slow speed SS304, with motors, continuous duty operation to mix DWPE solution 0.1% from HDPE tank of size 100 liters solution viscosity 200 cp, sp. Supply,install, testing and commissioning of filtration system comprising of dual media filter for removal of fine suspended solids from treated sewage and activated carbon filter for removal of colour & odour from treated sewage, with following specifications including back wash arrangement and manhole cover for replacement of filter media

Supply, install , testing & commissioning and giving test and trial Submersible non clog sewage pump set to handle unscreened crude sewage specific gravity 1.05 and solids and organic waste upto 100 mm size. Generally the pump shall conform to IS 9137,IS 5600 with Squirrel cage, induction electric motor A.C. 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, Voltage/frequency variation +/-6% and 3% respectively and 2900 RPM speed motor rating to have a margin of 15% over the maximum power absorbed by any of the pumps during the entire working range of pump. Electric motor shall generally conform to IS : 325 complete all as specified and directed. The pump should be capable of delivering a discharge (stated below) against head (stated below) at 2900 RPM speed and suitable for single as well as parallel operation with other pumps incl suitable rating/ length of submersible cable from pump to starter for 1 DWF pump with discharge capacity 12.5Cum/Hr head 12m complete including Non return valve, butter fly valve of size as per OEM recommendation all as specified and directed.

The complete unit fitted in MS sheet base in two boxes,one box to be installed at sump and second at pump house both unit to be connected with flexible copper cable of 0.5sqmm 8 pair and length from sensor to pump house building. All enclosed in sheet metal encloser of 02 mm thick with hinged door and locking arrangeement and support GI wire/PVC pipe etc properly laid or fixed on wall / surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commisioning of sewage feed pump (Raw sewage pump from equilisation tank to anoxic tank) non clog submersible pump set with discharge 12.5cum/hr @10m head, 2900 RPM, CI body pump shall confirm IS 9137, IS5600 with squirrel cage induction eletric motor conforming to IS-325 complte with all accessories Non return valve, butter fly valve of size as per OEM recommendation all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install , Testing & commissioning of Electro Magnetic Flow meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064 with accuracy +/- 0.5% of measured valve and protection as per given specification. Flow meter shall be suitable for 25 Cum/Hour 65 NB dia PTFE lined with 4-20 mA out put without communication port remote cable length upto 20m, electrode material SS 316 L make including the pipe line cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter with necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of motor ( flash mixer) of suitable capacity to operate the peak flow condition with reduction gear motor shall be TEFC sq cage induction type, class F insulation, MOC casing CI, IS 210 GR, FG-260, shaft EN-20 foundation bolts SS-304 ,as per OEM complete as specified and as directed

Supply and fix level control switch, liquid bouyancy type all as directed

Supply and fix air rotameter, differential area, bypass type with orifice plate all as directed

Supply and fix auto desludge valve, electric actuator, timer based type ( 01 No at clari tube settler and 01 No at MBBR) of dia 100 mm all as directed

Supply and fixing all socketed specials or socketed branch flanged specials of 80mm to 150mm dia ISI standarad MS specials of required thickness with and including 3 coats of approved make Epoxy paint from inside and outside complete all as directed

Supply and assenbling including jointing and fixiing in position MS ERW pipe fine cut of internal dia 100 mm bore if thickness 5.4 mm conforming to IsS 4270-2001 ( ISI marked ) both ends flanged and covered awith suitable dummy cover including with electric arc welding both side all as specified for header to make branch connection including painting , the pipes with single coat of epoxy primer and two coats of red enamealed paint and complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and install perforated MS cable trays of size 450mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members duly painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and other accessories as required, duly suspended from the ceiling with and including MS suspendors ( 10mm dia threaded rod, anchor fasteners and angle of size 40X40X5mm thick). Complete all as directed.

Supply and install perforated MS cable trays of size 300mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members duly painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and other accessories as required, duly suspended from the ceiling with and including MS suspendors ( 10mm dia threaded rod, anchor fasteners and angle of size 40X40X5mm thick). Complete all as directed.

Supply and install perforated MS cable trays of size 150mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members duly painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and other accessories as required, duly suspended from the ceiling with and including MS suspendors ( 10mm dia threaded rod, anchor fasteners and angle of size 40X40X5mm thick). Complete all as directed.

Supply , install, test and commissioning weatherproof, dust and vermin proof LT distribution panel, factory made, indoor type of suitable size so as to accommodate the following accessories, depth not less than 500 mm, IP-54 and all as per IE rules, prewired and fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated double door aprons, mounted on MS angle iron frames 50X50X6 mm welded in shape with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary grouting in PCC 1:3:6, type-C1 using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregates, complete with PCC 40 cm above ground level incuding cable terminations with glands, lugs etc and consisting of following :

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of open well submersible monoblock pump set 7 stage, of capacity 15HP with electric driven, 3 phase, 415V, discharge-840LPM, head 50metre complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar Model No. KS6G-1507R or equivalent make as given in Appx 'C".

M & L for submersible cable round or flat of 4 core 6Sqmm with multistranded copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fully automatic star delta starter 415 volts relay range 13-32 Amps suitable for submersible pump set of 15HP complete all as specified and as directed. . Make: L & T Cat No. CS94091 or equivalent or equivalent make as given in Appx 'C".

M & L for cutting through existing bitumenous road /PCC/floorof approximate size width 500mm to 600mm and depth 600mm along cross section of road for laying GI pipe for encasing of cable or laying of CI/GI pipe line after laying, repairing the road to match with the original finishing with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment, rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade as in floor/pavement laid over and including 30mm thick crushed stone sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with GI plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4.0mm dia (No.8 SWG) upto 7.5 Mtr long from earth point to test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers and provision of charcoal, salt etc including watering arrangement with 20mm dia GI pipe, 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI wire upto 7.5 mtr, MS funnel, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 50 mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 including 10 mm dia deformed bars @100 mm c/c on both ways for full size of chamber complete all as per electrical plate No 3 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up earth pit with soil for best results and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as directed. Supplying Installing testing & commissioning Diesel Engine driven Generating set 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire as per BS 5514/IS-10002 complete with Automatic on mains failure (AMF) panel, of capacity continuous rating 50 KVA at NTP conditions with acoustic enclosure considering all derating factors and comprising of the following :-

(a) ALTERNATOR : Closed type regulated with brushless self excitation 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 HZ, 0.8 PF 1500 RPM with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load Anti vibration mounted drip proof type with class 'F' insulation, steel ball/roller bearings at both ends of the alternator shaft, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturer confirming to BS-5000/IS-4772 capable of supplying unbalanced load, alternator make : Stamfort/Crompton/Jyoti Electric Co/Cummins

(b) Engine : Multi/cylinder compression ignited, heavy duty, turbocharged, compact diesel engine water cooled through radiator with water pump hydraulic governing mechanism, all as per BS-5514/IS-3046, 1500 RPM class A1 governing/ control gauges. RPM /Hours meters etc suitable for generating application and capable of giving an output of 50 KVA for coupled altemator under NTP conditions, complete with following :-

(i) Flywheel with housing ad mesh protection.

(ii) Flexible coupling set directly mounted to engine and alternator with coupling guard

(iii) Air-cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator.

(iv) Fuel pump FIP/CRDI and fuel piping 15mm MS Pipe with bends, flanges etc

(xiii) Engine control panel electronic digital display type consisting of battery voltage indicator lub oil temp and pressure gauges, coolant water temp gauge RPM indicator cum hour meter etc

(xiv) Safety controls for alram due to high water temp (HWT) and low luib oil pressure (LLOP)

(xv) Any other devices/ accessorsdies recommended/ supplied by the manufacturers as standard eqpt. Engine Make : Cummins/Greaves/Perking

(c) The engine and alternator will be coupled, aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from MS channels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration pads, Make Dunlop/ Polybond of reqd size and numbers as recommended by the manufactureres for mounting of 50 KVA DG Set

(d) Indoor Automated mains failure panel fabricated from CRCA Sheet, self supporting of size suitable for unmanned operation of DG set including necessary contactors and Bi- passing arrangements, manually operated on load change over 100Amps with all type of indicators and remote controlled operation of DG set and including necessary wiring between DG set and AMF panel inside GI pipe 40 mm dia as specified and directed.

(e) Diesel tank of adequate capacity for 12 hrs continous run on full load, with caliberated scale (fuel level indicator ) dip stick, fuel inlet/outlet, Air vent drain plug and intlet arragement for direct filling, including suitabsle size gate valve in outlet, tank to be fitted at suitable height.

(f) Acoustic enclosure with canopy cover to be provided as per CPCB norms

(g) PCC/RCC foundation complete as per OEM design.

(h) Documents : Three sets of following documents :- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catelogue, warranty/test certificates, schematic diagrams of control panels.

(j) Misc items : List of tools and two years normal maintenance spares as per manufactures recommended lists, duly priced, item wise

Note:- (i) Contractor shall satisfactorily conduct load test of DG Set for 12 hrs including run on 10% overload for 1 hr

(ii) Testing equipments and man power shalll be arranged by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

(iii) Fuel/ Lubricants required for 1st load test shall be arranged by the contractor at his risk and cost.

PHASE-II :Schedule 'A' Part-XIII: Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant. During 1st year of Defect Liability period from next day of completion of phase - I

Out sourcing for Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.3 MLD capacity, in one shift per day, by deploying 01 Helper (Un-Skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs each including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed. The outsourcing of services including running of sewage treatment plant by assisting the FGM in operation of chlorine dosing , application of culture for development of bacteria in fab reactor and controlling the delivery of treated water output at water points of STP installation area including operating treated water installation from STP for gardening of nearby locations and cleaning installation premises with in a radius of 3m from the installation area on all working days including Sunday and Holidays complete all as directed.

PHASE-II (Contd) :Schedule 'A' Part-XIII: Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant During 2nd year of Defect Liability period

The outsourcing of services including running of sewage treatment plant by assisting the FGM in operation of chlorine dosing , application of culture for development of bacteria in fab reactor and controlling the delivery of treated water output at water points of STP installation area including operating treated water installation from STP for gardening of nearby locations and cleaning installation premises with in a radius of 3m from the installation area on all working days including Sunday and Holidays complete all as directed.

Note for BOQ item No - 6.01 to 7.02 : a) The contractor shall quote the rate for Manning and Operation only. Replacing of defective electromechanical parts, providing spares and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants and allied equipments during the period of 2 years (Defect Liability Period) from satisfactory completion of Phase -I shall be covered under Defect Liability Period.

b) As per Govt policy, adequate amount of insurance of all the workers shall be made against any accident before commencement of the work without extra cost to the department.

c) The work order for M & O shall be placed by GE at appropriate times & no price adjustment during whole period due to change in minimum fair wages shall be admissible.

d) The STP will be operated for 24 hours per day, unless otherwise specified by the Engineer-in-Charge / GE. Necessery recovery will be made for non operation of plants per shift at the proportional rate and the same shall be final and binding.

e)The operator being deployed in the work shall have minimum qualification of ITI with 02 years experience in the relevent field for FGM and Helper should be 10th pass with minimum 02 years experiance in relevent field. Necessary qualification certificate and experiance certificate shall be produced for verification of Engineer-in-Charge & get the approval before deploying for works.

f) Proper and effeicient functioning of the plant must be ensured through regular inspection by qualified Engineer bi-monthly preferably by OEM or by his authorised agency.

g) The contractor shall carry out routine maintenance as per procedure mentioned in the PS.

h) Staff deployed by the contractor shall carry out daily careful cleaning of the inside installation, greasing of pump, motors, panel boards, DG sets and internal portion of pump house building , 3m external portion , 3m in radius for outdoor panel boards and maintain installations in presentable condition all time all as specified and as directed.

j) The contractor shall carryout routine check and maintain check sheet daily, weekly, monthly and upkeep the installation , rectify normal trouble shooting, replacement of gland packing of pumps and sluice valves in installations and minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, coupling rubber, star packing etc. without extra cost to the deparment.

k) Contractor will maintain log sheet daily and submit to department duly completed along with attendance sheet and payment register.

l) No T & P will be issued by the department for doing the above work, it shall be arranged and provided by the contractor like PH testing kit, chlorine test kit, turbidity test kit, pipe wrench, screw drivers, sluice valve opening /closing kit, cutting plier, digging tools etc.

m) The contractor shall check and implement all the labour laws/precautions for health and safety of labour /OEM operator working in hygenic conditions.

n) The contractor shall be get the testing of treated sewage from approved test laboratory ( NABL certified or state PCB approved) and keep records duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge as per interval of 3 months to ascertain result of treated sewage all as per requirement given in particular specification here-in-after. Expenditure for the same shall be borne by the contractors and is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

o) During Manning & Operation, if the person is absent from the duty, recovery shall be effected at the double the rates worked out from quoted rates at the proportional basis. For that purpose, proper duty roster and attendance register shall be maintained and signed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These item will be operated only when the plant is running satisfactorily & No payment will be made in case the plant is unserviceable due to any cause.

p) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of proper uniform of technician/operator as directed by GE.

q) Salvage materials/sludge obtained after treatment shall be disposed off outside defence land as per local civil authorities laid down rules.

r) The contractor shall also be responsible for periodical cleaning of screens removal and disposal of screens material to a place outside defence land.

s) All consumables/chemicals like Sodium Hypo Chlorite, Dewatering Poly Electrolyte and Aerobic type bioculture powder for development of bacteria shall be paid separately as ‘Supply only items’ as mentioned in BOQ here-in-after on required/consumption basis as certified by Engineer-in-charge/GE.

t) The contractor shall not employ same tradesmen continuously for more than 11 months.

u) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operators through e payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts(Credit to their bank account). Engr-in-Charge shall ensure that e-payment made to operators and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified.

v) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/ operator/ helper (as applicable) and necessay proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chlorite @ 6% concentration complete all as specified and as diretced.

Supply only Dewatering Poly Electrolyte @ 100% concentration complete all as specified and as diretced.

Supply only Aerobic type Bioculture powder for development of bacteria and reduces BOD and COD, suppresses foul odour from STP complete all as specified and as diretced.

Note for Item No 8 to 10:- The above qualtities of consumable to be incorporated during outsourciing for M & O of STPs for two years period. The rates for these items are aplicable for all the years of M & O and no claims for any change in rates shall be admissible for these items duriing this period. The procurement schedules of these items shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge/GE.The contractor shall supply these chemicals for one month at a time and 15 days reserve stock shall be kept at site keeping in mind the expiry date of materials.
