MANNING AND OPERATION THROUGH OUTSOURCING OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS FOR MRS 11 KV AT PEERU VIHAR AND BWR AREA UNDER GE SATWARI

Manning and operation of HT 11 KV installation for 24 Hrs (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) in three shifts per day (Each shift of 08 hrs) one skilled Electrician per shift contineous all as per the directions of Engr in Charge (It will be ensured that the electrician must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The contractor shall employ qualified electrician having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimun 2 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field in operation of following HT 11 KV system:- (MRS 11 KV AT PEERU VIHAR). Details of equipment installed to be operated by electrician in three shifts are as under :- (a) HT 11 KV Panel VCBSF-6 (Incommer)-01 No Make - ABB (b) HT 11 KV Panel VCBSF-6 (Outgoing)-03 No Make - ABB (c) GOD HT 40 Nos (d) LT/HT UG cable of different sizes 20 Kms (e) LT/HT OH line of different sizes - 15 Kms (f) Transformers 18 Nos

Helper will assist electrician for operation of equipment mentioned at Ser Item No 1.00 (a) to (f) at (MRS 11 KV AT PEERU VIHAR).

Helper will assist electrician for operation of equipment mentioned at Ser Item No 03.00 (a) to (d) at (MRS 11 KV AT BWR).

Note.for Srl No 1 to 4 :- (i) The cost of maintenance of document, installation chart, daily records i.e., log sheet as clarified under relevant PS shall deemed to be included in rates quoted for the above items. (ii) Any breakdown/fault of electric supply will be attended by the tradesman employed by the contractor. All tools and T&P required by tradesman will be provided by the contractor (Such as bamboo ladder, tourch, search light, Axe, Dha, HT Gloves and other T&P required for working in HT/LT line/under ground cable) (iii) Contractor shall replace blown out fuse wire, HT Jumper and lead as and when required. The aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iv) All the complaints lodge in the substation of external electric supply and internal electrical supply will be attended by contractor and will keep record of complaint slip attended . (v) Electrician shall attend the telephone while on duty and will keep the record of complaints.

(vi) In case of operator/helper found absent from duty to any reason a penal recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor pershift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of acepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (vii) Proper shutdown will be taken by the electrician while attending fault/rewiring fuse element on DO fuse assy at MRS, Sub Station and GOD on two/Four poles structure as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) All the shifts shall also be monitored properlly by the contractor to avoid any delay in attending faults occurred at MRS. (ix) The contractor will be fully responsible for safety, security of the worker and upkeep of installations. (x) The contractor is also generally responsible for cleanliness of equipments inside the sub station complex and cleaning/cutting of grass at the surrounding areas of sub station and MRS. (xi) the contractor will also be responsible to attend complaints of internal electrification nature. (xii) Emergency light will be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost.
