S&F 25mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms/ 50mm-1240 gms) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or in leveling course of roof surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces concrete surfaces using water proofing compound and finish the surface smooth and even without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : WPC will be measured separetely)

Supply and lay water proof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and 3mm thick reinfored with polyster non wove fabric( wt not less than 150gms/sqm ) laid on primed surfaces by forced application including tourching all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 ltrs /sqm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Removing excavated/demolished material exc. 1.50 km but n exc.5km and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
