Providing and laying Autoclave Aerated cement blocks masonry (Light Weight Foam Concrete Blocks) with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry of compressive strength 70 kg / cm2 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 corase sand) in all sizes in superstructure from floor one level upto floor V level (size of block 30x23x15)

Providing and fixing GI hexagonal chicken wire mesh 22 gauge size at the junction of dissimilar surface of brick/ block masonary wall, RCC column/ beam & electrical conduit area etc. including necessary "U" nails for fixing, overlapping etc. complete as per specification at all heights and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of OrdinaryPortland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to siteof work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kmshaving continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineerin- charge. c) The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb craft paper suitable for stability and integrity upto two hours fire rating. d) Shutters shall have predrilled hinge back plates to receive screw mounted hinges and pre punched cut outs to receive iron mongery items as per schedule. e) In case vision panel is required to be provided, suitable cut out in shutter with raised box bidding made of galvanised steel sheet finished in same colour as the door shutter shall be provided.
