Preventive maintenance of DG sets(75KVAX01, 62.5KVAX2, 25KVAX01 ) installed at different location of Raksha Bhawan & NDC .The following daily maint to be carried out as under:- (a) Check levels in oil through ,fuel tank coolant,gauge valve and replesh if necessary. (b) Re-grease all grease points. (c) Tighten the nuts bolts of pipeline of fuel oil ,lubricating oil,water and check for any leakages. (d) Check the water level in radiator and top up the coolant as required. (e) Clean oil filters/ Fuel filters. (f) Check viscosity of lub oil. (g) Check crank case for leakage. (h) Clean air filters. (i) Check the radiator fan belt condition. (j) Check distilled water for battery and top up. (k) Check battery cover condition from cover and battery voltage. (l) Check the metering equipment. (m) Check the insulation resistance of alternator. (n) Maintain log sheet and check list on daily basis.

Supply & fixing bracket for fixing street/ security light fitting made out of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia 1.20 Mtr long bent to required angle/ shape complete with MS flat iron clamp, nut, bolt, washer of suitable size as per site requirement etc and fixed in pole/wall including two coats of aiuminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer to MS clamps , nut ,bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing based on GI earthing electrode (Met-chem) 80 mm outer dia 3000 mm long duly filled with ITPC -EECP 15 fixed with nut bolts incl excavation/earth work in any strata and PCC chamber with CI frame and cover( earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep below ground level),with electrode surrounded by chemical(ITPC-EECP15)a mixture of sulphate, silica,iron oxide,nickle oxide,magnesium oxide,sodium oxide,zinc oxide etc(earth enhanced compound powder).Each earth should have resistance less than 1 ohm by using earth electrode used as per the site requirement.Chemical compound powder to be provide minimum 100 kg per site.GI strip of size 32 mmx 6 mm as earth continuity conductor will be provided as required length to connect the transformer including 225 mm x225 mm manhole cover will be provided. M&L for Cleaning of RCC water Sump of capacity upto 50,000 gallons by wire brushing and bleaching the internal surface of sump with Bleaching powder, including removing all scales dust , pit dirt and mud, removing the sediments using pump to outside of defence land and carryout two coats of cement base paint on external exposed concrete/ plastered surface of under ground sump and endorsing date of cleaning on the outer wall of under ground sump with synthetic enamel paint with words not less than 50mm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC under ground water Sump of capacity upto 35,000 gallons by wire brushing and bleaching the internal surface of sump with Bleaching powder, including removing all scales dust , pit dirt and mud, removing the sediments using pump to outside of defence land and carryout two coats of cement base paint on external exposed concrete/ plastered surface of under ground sump and endorsing date of cleaning on the outer wall of under ground sump with synthetic enamel paint with words not less than50mm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC water storage service tanks of 5000 litres capacity on buildings by dewatering complete tank, removing sediments setteld at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and wiriting the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white paint complete all as directed. Manning, operation and routine/daily maintenance of pump house at Raksha Bhawan with one pump operator (FGM) in two shifts ( or Shift timing as per direction of Engr-in-Charge) eight hours each for supplying of water to married accommodation buildings at Raksha Bhawan by operating the following all as specified and as per details given below: - (a)Shift timing : 0600 to 1400 hrs , 1400 to 2200 hrs (b)Electrical driven centrifugal pumping set 3 to 10 HP capacity Make:- Kirloskar DSN-3 including LT Panel board, MCCB, DOL/Star Delta Starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Connection loads etc - 05 Nos. (c) Stand by Gen set - 62.5 KVA capacity. Make:- Kirloskar - Cummins including AMF panel and its accessories - 01 set. (d)Water storage sump 50000 gallons capacity - 02 Nos (e)Submersible pumping set 3 to 10 HP capacity - 02 Nos. (f)Internal electrification of installation, cleaning and keeping the installation in serviceable condition and supply and filling water in the service tanks at roof top of building in Block A,B,C & D and servant quarters by operating pumps/ valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (g)FGM on duty will perform the duty of running the pumping sets, small/ minor repairs of pipe lines, opening and closing of the sluice valves/ gate valves/ stop cocks to ensure satisfactory supply of water round the clock alongwith satisfactory and smooth running of water supply installation. (h)Fuel required for DG set operation will be supplied by the department free of cost, filling assistance to be provided and record of the same shall be kept/maintained up to date jointly by the contractor's rep and MES rep. (i)Cleaning of Pump House area including cutting of grass and daily sweeping. Note:-The personnel employed by the contractor must have experience in relevant fields and having minimum 03 years of experience.
