Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following items of suitable sizes inside the existing 60 TR X 02 Nos. Cooling Tower (Make:- Mihir) including making necessary modifications, testing and commissioning of the system etc. as required or as per the direction of EIC i/c dismantling of existing damaged items as specified for 02 Nos. 60 TR cooling towers at ARSR Bijwasan, New Delhi.

(a) Aluminium Sprinkler Assembly - 02 Nos. (b) PVC Pipes with End Cap, Buckle arrangement complete as required - 08 Nos. (c) PVC Fills complete as required - 160 Nos.

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning in double layered formation of 19 mm thickness closed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class 'O' applied by suitable adhesive on the following sizes existing butterfly valves & impeller of secondary pumps of chiller of following motor ratings, as per specifications and as required complete in all respect at DATS Complex, IGIA.

Impeller cover portion of 40 HP secondary pump complete as required.

Supply of single arch rubber expansion joint with SRR PN-16, of size 250 mm NB required for Chilled water line suitable for fixing in the gap of 210 mm complete as required at DATS Complex, IGIA.

Supply of following items at DATS Complex, IGIA :-

Digital Temperature & Humidity measuring meter (Make: HTC or similar)

Supply of 10 Watts 600 mm LED batten at DATS Complex, IGIA for indoor application, suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz supply, efficacy ≥ 95 lumens per watt with CRI ≥ 70, THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) < 10% and IP ≥ 65. The LED light shall be confirming to relevant IS standard / IEC 61643-II class 2 & EN 61693-II Type - 2. The LED tube light and other accessories shall have warranty for 5 years or 50,000 burning hours hours which ever is later. Total system wattage should not be more than 110% of LED fixture and PF ≥ 0.95. complete all as required and specified. Similar to Philips – MAS LEDtube 1200 mm 18W865 T8 I Make of LED shall be Nichia / Cree / Osram / Phillips (Lumiled) / Sharp / Seoul.

Water Dispensers with function of hot, normal & cold cabinet capacity 20 ltrs, floor mounted 03 nos. of faucets having cooling capacity 2.5 ltr/hr, heating capacity 5 ltrs/hr with LED indicators, Model : Minimagic Pure R (Make : Voltas) or similar from Approved Makes or as decided by E-I-C.

Single Phase submersible pump of rating 0.5 HP suitable for 240 V voltage and having pressure head not less than 10 mtrs. (Make:- Kirloskar or similar from list of approved make)

Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 50,000/- as and when required during contract period. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.18 (ex. GST) Example: If rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 118.00 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 118 / 1.18 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 40,000/- against Rs. 50,000 i.e. 20 % below it means Rs. 80.00 (ex GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 118.00 (as per DSR-2018)

Credit against buy-back of old dismantled Aluminium Sprinkler Assembly - 02 Nos., PVC Pipes with End Cap turn buckle arrangement - 08 Nos. & PVC Fills -160 Nos. of 2 Nos. 60 TR cooling tower complete as required from ARSR Bijwasan, New Delhi. Note: The amount of this item will be treated as negative amount and overall bid will be evaluated accordingly.
