M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over and including priming coat complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over and including priming coat complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wall surface and applying one coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in framed work in any position.

S & F of second class hard wood timber scantling clean sawn framed and fixed in any position and direction complete all as specified and directed.
