REPAIR MAINT OF DG SETS DG SET PANEL EM EQPT AC REFRIGERATOR AND ALLIED WORKS AT PEDONG ALGARAH AP ALGARAH DALAPCHAND TEESTA TCP RHENOCK AND RONGLI UNDER GE 867 EWS

M&L for Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of DG set of 82.5 KVA DG Set i,e. Engine, alternator etc under GE 867 EWS all including consumables items like cotton waste cloth kerosene oil etc. Maintenance will be carried out as and when ordered in writing by Engineer-in-Chare of maintenance schedule. (i) Change engine oil. (ii) Changing of oil filters, fuel filters screen filters assy. (iii)Changing of water filter. (iv) Making up coolant (v) Clean alternator winding in position by forced air and internal surfaces lubricate (vi) Tightining of all nut bolts. (vii) Greasing of all points.(viii) Checking of any leaking in fuel & oil lines [Note - Accessories / spares/ new engine oil required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule ‘A’ as supply only]

All as per item No.01 above but 62.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 above but 45 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 above but 15 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 above but 12.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new Engine oil 15 W 20 Make : HP/BP/Indian

Supply only fuel filter suitable for 82.5 KVA DG Set.

Supply only fuel filter suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set.

Supply only fuel filter suitable for 45 KVA DG Set.

Supply only fuel filter suitable for 15 KVA DG Set.
