Material & labour for RCC- M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate integrated with high range water reducing admixture at the rate of 150ml per 50 kg bag of cement with integral cement water proofer and crystalline water proofer mixed at the rate as per manufacturers instructions for walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Supply & Fixing Framed work as for Manhole, in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for water resistant rubberised (epoxy) bonding agent, over 50 mm thick concrete with 8mm aggregate with cement content 360 kg/cum for construction joints before starting the concrete over the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for two coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating after mixing two packs of different material as recommended by the manufacture on concrete surface including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour water proofing treatment and plaster for sump internal and external shall be applied as given below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :-

(i) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of acrylic cementitious waterproofing application. whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of sika top seal 109/ brush bond Fosroc /Fastflex Dr Fixit/ STP /CICO primer approx 200 gms/ sqm, as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Applying second coat of water proof elastic Acrylic modified waterproofing coating on the entire area and second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat i.e. as mentioned here-in-before para (i) in the direction right angle to the previous coat. the waterproofing coating should be taken to a height of minimum 200 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Apply SIKA FABRIC 50 / FOSROC / Dr Fixit/ STP / CICO whilst the first coat is wet and then apply second coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Apply a protection layer of 15 mm thick plaster made of (1:4) cement sand mortar admixed with integral waterproofing compound SIKACIM/ Fosroc /Dr Fixit/ STP / CICO confirming to IS: 2645 as per manufacturers instructions, over the applied waterproofing coating and broadcast with quartz sand to form mechanical key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be executed through autherised applicator only )

Material & labour for sealing of pipe penetration through the RCC slab or walls using SIKAGARD 694 F (I) /F0SROC / STP / DR Fixit/ CICO, around the perimeter of the pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for testing of UG Sump against leakage/seepage as per IS:3370. The rate of filling of water in underground sump shall be 300 mm depth per day and the testing of sump of water tightness shall be as per IS: 6494 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Potable Water shall only be used for testing the UG Sump

Use and waste of timbering as planking and Shuttering for excavations in over area and including use and waste if ranking shores and fixing and removing including wales, struts, open poling boards, etc if tightly driven close butt-jointed sheeting is ordered including packing cavities behind the sheeting with suitable material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The item shall be executed as per IS 3764 : 1992 (Excavation work – Code of safety)

Material & labour RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour RCC M30(Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 110 mmm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Shali Plast LW+ of STP/Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent and appoved as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. Alll cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating ,complete as specified below: (a) Clean the surface and apply one coat of primer (STP Shali Urethane BTD diluted in water in 1:1 ratio and applied @ 400 gm/sqm OR Dr, Fixit primeseal diluted in water in 2:1 ratio and applied @ 7-8 sqm/ltr) and allows to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit New Coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr) (c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note :- 1. The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2 . The work shall be carried out by aithorised applicator only 3. Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction
