Supply Installation testing and commissioning of 1 No 2000 KVA DG set with AMF Panel and LT extension Panel and other accessories for CRI Building at ACTREC Campus

Designing , Manufacturing , supply including transportation of 2000 KVA DG set, latest CPCB norms approved Prime Power Rating Comprising Diesel engine developing Required BHP, 1500 RPM, 16 Cylinder, Inline/ V type, Water cooled , 4 stroke Diesel Engine Coupled with 415 Volts, 4 wire, 50Hz, 0.8 PF, 3 Phase Alternator complete with radiator, Battery with Leads ,cables , Residential type Silencer with Expansion bellow SS Flexible Bellows, dia. (300 mm NB), complete with counter flanges, heat resistant gaskets, nuts-bolts-washers etc., complete as required. etc. Alternator of 2000KVA , 415V 50Hz coupled on base frame , with lube oil system , radiator cooled , required batteries , governor , instrumentation , fuel system , engine mounted control panel , utility piping , 415 / 440 volt alternator direct coupled with engine along with static excitation system , AVR panel and all required standard accessories as per specifications mentioned in tender documents. Following accessories included as per specifications mentioned in tender documents required Batteries , /required Qty Lube oil/Residential Silencer Supply & Installation of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 25 dB incretion loss made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet, 14 tank treatment with 50 to 60 micron powder coating and sound insulation with 100 mm thick Rockwool. Acoustic Enclosure CPCB IV approved with internal lighting , external 990litr tank fuel tank + level switch , level indicator as per specifications mentioned in tender documents Unloading, shifting, of D.G. set as per manufacturers recommendations at ground floor and testing as per protocol and scope of work , with alternator , battery charger , fuel tank , silencer , acoustic enclosure complete set with positioning alignment etc. as per site requirement. For exhaust of Radiator agency has to supply and install the GI Exhaust ducting to through the hot air out from the room required structural and material of GI ducting is in the scope of agency.

Fabrication, supply , Installing, Testing & Commissioning of LT extension panel 4pole , 3200A ACB , EDO 50HZ, to be coupled with existing main LT panel ( Having 02 nos 3200A ACB Incomer from 2 x 2000KVA Transformer and 01 Nos 3200A ACB Bus coupler ) Panel to be equipped with R Y B Indication for DG supply available , Ammeter , Voltmeter ,TNC switch , Auto Manual Switch , Emergency stop , all required protections for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, lock out relay , earth fault relay , control and inter locking, internal control wiring , 12-window alarm annunciator complete as per scope of works and specifications mentioned in tender documents.

Fabrication, supply , Installing, Testing & Commissioning of DG panel AMF panel , ( Having 01 nos 3200A EDO type 4 Pole ACB Incomer from DG set and 01 Nos 3200A EDO type 4 Pole ACB as outgoing feeder to Main LT panel ) DG incomer section to be equipped with R Y B Indication , DG ON OFF , ACB ON OFF TRIP Indication , Ammeter , Voltmeter , TNC switch . Line voltage monitor , Auto Manual switch , Emergency Stop , DG engine ON OFF Push Button , DG controller , all required protections for 2000 KVA DG set , MS base channel for panel , relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and MFM meters , KWH, KVARH, KVAH , DG running Hour meter , provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, lock out relay , earth fault relay , control and inter locking, internal control wiring , 12-window alarm annunciator complete as per specifications mentioned in tender documents.

Fabrication, supply , installation of Alternator terminal Extension Box matching to alternator cable chamber with copper bus bar for termination of LT cables at Alternator side made from 3 mm thick steel sheet. The entire extension box shall be given primer coat after proper treatment and powder coating with 7 tank process before assembly of various items. All the joints shall have proper gaskets.

SITC of control logic and interlocking between Transformer Incomer No. 1, Transformer Incomer No. 2, Bus Coupler, 2000 kVA DG set incomer and 910 kVA DG set outgoing feeder in the existing Main LT panel, as per tender specifications, including all required wiring and materials. The scope includes necessary modifications in the existing LT panel for interlocking works. Existing ACBs are of GE make. The work also includes supply, installation, and testing of new protection relays (Overload, Short Circuit, Earth Fault, Instantaneous, and Under Voltage) for one transformer incomer feeder, along with all required control wiring.

SITC of RCC Civil foundation work as per OEM recommendation and technical specifications mentioned in tender documents agency has to get approved the CIVIL foundation drawing by engaging the structural engineer , architecture and submit the stability certificate before starting foundation works for DG set The work also includes RCC cable trench MS chequered plate 10 MM duly painted openable type 20 Mtrs * 1 mtr *1mtr ( L X W X D ) cable trench. The work includes excavation of DG foundation area , rock breaking if available during the excavation , existing civil concrete breaking , all the loose soil debris to be taken out from the campus.

SITC of extension / modification of existing RCC Civil foundation of DG set as per OEM recommendation agency has to get approved the CIVIL foundation drawing by engaging the structural engineer , architecture and submit the stability certificate before starting foundation works for DG set The work also includes RCC cable trench MS chequered plate 10 MM duly painted openable type 5 Mtrs * 1 mtr *1mtr ( L X W X D ) cable trench
