Providing Electrification Works at 4th Floor, Panagal Building, Saidapet Estimate Amount Rs.23.10 Lakh

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of double door type IP 42 powder coated Distribution Boards complete with MCBs/RCCB/ELCB/Isolators/ Bus bars Including all interconnections and other associated fixing accessories etc as reqd as per the site conditions. For fixing the DB on the wall / partition / coloumn, etc needs to be considered. The Ferrules identification to be done in both end. The Bus bars shall be tinned copper with seperate earth / neutral bus for each phase. Each circuit shall have yellow ferrules on all wires (Phase, Neutral & Earth) with circuit numbers, laminated A3 or A4 size SLD copy and distribution chart shall be stick inside of the DB doors, safe shroud to be provided for neutral links.('B' curve MCB for Lighting, C curve MCB for Raw power DB's and 'D' Curve MCB for UPS DB's to be used)

CABLE TERMINATION

CABLE TRAYS

The cable tray support shall be spaced at interval of not more than 2.0 Metrs interval & at all bends.

WIRING FOR LIGHT FITTINGS

a)Primary light point wiring

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of primary light point with 6A modular type switch with front plate in factory made GI box and wiring using (3 x 1.5) Sqmm 1100V grade stranded FRLS copper wires drawn in 25 mm dia 2mm thick pvc conduit including all conduit accessories such as bends, junction boxes etc., complete.(Primary light point means wiring from first switch control to the first light fitting). Greay colour wire to be used for Emergency lights points.

b)Secondary light point wiring

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of Secondary light point wiring using (3 x 1.0) Sqmm 1100V grade stranded FRLS copper wires drawn in 25 mm dia pvc conduit including all conduit accessories such as bends, junction boxes etc., complete.(Secondary light point means looped from primary point).

Lighting & EL Circuit wiring

a)Supply, laying, Testing &Commissioning of circuit wiring using1.1grade (3R x 1.5) sqmm pvc insulated FRLS copper wire drawn in 25mm dia pvc conduit from the distribution board to Switch board/ first light and all accessories as required. All circuit terminations shall be provided with crimping type sockets / lugs, ferrules. There shall not be any joints in the circuits, only looping is allowed in terminal blocks & in switch boxs.

POWER OUTLETS

Supply and fixing of computer power outlets, Modular type (shuttered) switch sockets. Industrial type sockets shall be of Polycarbonate body with plug top. All switch / sockets shall be provided with printed labels / stickers indicating source code. Colour code for UPS socket plates : White/ as per Client or architect. Colour code for RP socket plates : Black/Grey/ as per the Client/architect requiment. All switch / sockets including front plate & frame which will be mounted on the metal boxes shall have removable film coat to protect from scraches & paint during installation.

Supply and Fixing of Set of 3 nos of 5A 5Pin (Round cum Flat) modular type Socket controlled by 1no of 16A modular Switch with front plate, without Metal back box fixing in the modular Workstation and all fixing accessories.

Supply and Fixing of Set of 2 nos of 5A 5Pin (Round cum Flat) modular type Socket controlled by 1no of 16A modular Switch with front plate, without Metal back box fixing in the modular Workstation and all fixing accessories.

a)Supply & Installation of Maintanance free chemical Earth with 40mm dia hot dipped Copper 2.6 mm thk, 3.0 mtrs deep, complete with all accessories such as chemical compound, earthing link, chamber etc. The earth resistance shall be not more than 2.0 Ohms.

b)Supply & Laying of 8SWG copper wire

c)Supply, Laying & Termination of PVC insulated 2Runs of Single core 10sqmm Green colour copper cable with suitable size PVC conduit for dedicated earthing with all fixing accessories.

a)Supply & Installation of 1.0 KVA Invertor, 1Phase input & 1 Phase output with overload, short circuit protection and 30.0 Minutes SMF Battery back up with MS battery rack and all accessories as required.

b)TEMPORARY POWER - FOR CONSTRUCTION

c)Arranging temporary Lighting & Power for all agencies to work including suitable protection through MCBs/ELCBs/MCCBs & wiring /cabling. power shall be provided to all agencies during execution with required no. of light fixtures as per the site condition & required Industrial Socket outlets as per the site condition till commissioning stage.

d)REMOVING OF EXISTING WORK

e)Existing of all electricals pipe & switch socket , wiring and existing DB'S Metal box and others
