REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE FROM ROOF, SUNKEN FLOOR AND MAINT/REPAIR OF RUSTED/BROKEN GI PIPE AND FITTINGS, PVC TANKS, FLOAT VALVES, TANK STAGING, SANITARY FITTINGS CONNECTED B/R WORKS AT VARIOUS UNITS AT SHILLONG UNDER GE SHILLONG

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm and nexc 2 sqm refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm and nexc 2 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete with Nano filler 1: cement 1; sand 2: agregate 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 30mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after (ii) PCC shall be laid to acheive true slope towards the drain/weep holes. 1) Material and labour for applying a coat of Nano technology based water proofing compound (1 part powder : 1 part liquid), of desired consistency with nylon brush1 @ 5 sqm/kg coverage over vertical/horizantal surface of RCC roof and parapet complete all as specified and as directed. 2) M&L Water Proofing: a) Surface Preparation - Mild Chipping of the surface, Clean the Surface with Nano Bio wash. b) Providing and applying Nano Water Base Water Proof compound one coats after surface preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 75degree , permeable type with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT. c) If ant crack found open and fill the crack with nano carbon base nano plymer Plaster d) If online leackage found seal with Nano magic and apply nano Bond coat. Open the cracks by making ‘V’ groove, filling cracks with Nano Crack Filler. e) Aplly Nano carbon baesed shorter chain Nano Bond Coat f) Use nano wall Plymer high stregth filler to reduce the undulation. g) Apply Nano high penetration Bond coat two coat. h) Providing and applying Nano Barrier Coat Paint/ Nano Water Base Water Proof Paints 2 coats over screed concrete using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750 , with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT per coat. (g) The entire item to be executed through certified specialist firm/expert person with warranty of 5 yrs.

M&L for repair to damaged roof after complete removal existing treatment including padding, cleaning. the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated:- (a) Applying one coat of bituminious primer. (Note:- Bituminous primer shall be 'TANK MASTIC' manufactured by M/S STP Ltd or "EMUFALTE" Manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd) (b) Supply and laying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrance shall be taken to a height of 75mm (minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. Note:- Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacturers instructions.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering in CM with nano filler 1: Cement 1: Sand 3 on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia railing, RCC, wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Nano material shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering in CM with nano wall filler 1: Cement 1: Sand 4 in two layers, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC& Nano material shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM with nano wall filler 1: Cement 1: Sand 6 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces, finished the surface fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Nano material shall be measured and paid separately.
