P/Laying first quality ceramic glazed ceramic wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (Thickness to be specified by manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades in any size laid on 12 mm thick cement mortor 1:3 jointing with gray cement slurry @ 3.30 Kg/Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete i/c cost of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying 18 MM thick Granite (Gang saw cut) stone slab with mirror Polished, premoulded & prepolished. machine cut for kitchen platforms, venity counters, window sill, facias and simillar location of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 MM Thick 1:4 Cement mortar bed and joint with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give hige glass finish i/c all cost of Material, labour & T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

P/Fixing tiled false ceiling of specified material of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (Galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joint to get required length and size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross "T" of length 600mm c/c form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondry cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including required cutting, making opening for diffusers/light/fan etc. main "T" runner suspended from ceiling with 12.50mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with GI butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.30mm as per direction given by engineer-in-charge including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Fixing Anodised aluminium work for partition with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate Z section and other section of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS : 1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessury filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and joint mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ Panelling, CP Brass/Stainless steel screw all complete as per drawing and site in-charge.

P/Fixing 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Both side decorative lamination) flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade type II in panelling fixed in aluminium door, window, ventilators and partition frame with CP Brass screw/stainless steel screw etc. all complete as per drawing and site in-charge.

Finishing wall with putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing i/c cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat primer on new surface with prepration i/c cost of Materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint (Two coat) of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to given even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth i/c cost of Materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work.

Finishing wall with two coat exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to even shade over @ 1.25 liter/10 sqm including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. are required for proper completion of work.

P/Fixing 15 mm Dia GI Pipe (B-Class) complete with GI fittings and clamps including making good the wall concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall including Cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
