Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit / casing and capping of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame.

S & F in replacement elegantly industrial general purpose box type luminaire, 1x20 Watt, designed box type LED luminaries, CRCA sheet steel housing with white reflector cover fitted to the body with decorative end covers complete with driver, spring loaded rotor type lamp holders, connected block with and including 01 No LED lamp 20 Watt and all accessories, pre-wired and connecting the same to ceiling rose with & including twin core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor 23/0.0076 cable including all accessories and fixing arrangement for fixing the light fitting to walls / roof surface over and including 2 Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 10 W mirror light having indirect up down light for mirror and as well light application with CCT 6000K, including LED Bulb/Module and Electrical connection with 3 core flexible wire of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the tubelight fitting, all as specified and directed.

S&F lamp holder PVC / Polycarbonate type with cord grip cap suitable with inverter LED lamp fitting 12 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down distribution boards / main switches of any type, size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down MCBs, metal clad plug of any type, size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB SPN 08 way double door with IP-42 protection with Din rail and busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F sheet metal enclosure powder painted for MCB DB TPN 04 way double door with IP-42 protection with Din rail and busbar with MCB as incomer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 6 Sqmm drawn through PVC conduit/casing capping including accessaries with 6 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc., all as directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit/Casing & Caping will be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection with suitable no of nuts, bolts and clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations / taking out / in cables / pipes etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. but not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning over and below the cable complete all as specified and directed. ( The punned thickness shall only be measured)

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete laid dry for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning on brick walls and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth all as specified and directed by Enigineer- in - Charge.
