Dismantling the existing damaged reinforced cement concrete portion clearing away and carefully taking material useful for reuse for any thickness of concrete including all cost etc. as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm Ø spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. TNDSS No:97

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix (one part of cement and three part of sand) 20 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1½:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20 mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc. to required height and clear width of 45 cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10 x 15 cm and step slab of 25 x 25 mm etc., complete and as directed by officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45 cm wide made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30 cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc. providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 60,000 litre capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by officers.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60 cm x 60 cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc complete complying with standard specifications

Construction of RCC spiral staircase in RCC 1:1½:3 20 mm HBGS of 1.80 m Ø of required height for approach to the roof of SR with RCC hand rails as per type design including necessary earth work for providing foundation in CC 1:4:8 mix RCC footing 1:1½:3 mix, GL platform etc. including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding charges, centering, precasting charges, cement painting etc complete. The staircase should be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval etc complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm blue gun posts or casurina props or best quality bamboo posts at 4 metres over all length, the distance between two rows being 1.25 metre and spacing of posts 2 metres. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 metres over lap on either side and braces at 2 m c/c including longitudinal and traverse middle braces to step up as providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 Mt. width etc. in complete around the OHT of total height 10.50 metre.

Upto 10.50 m height

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm blue gun posts or casurina props or best quality bamboo posts at 4 metres over all length, the distance between two rows being 1.25 metre and spacing of posts 2 metres. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 metres over lap on either side and braces at 2 m c/c including longitudinal and traverse middle braces to step up as providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 Mt. width etc. in complete around the OHT of total height 3.50 metre.
